    My Hoa is fining me because I have a short white lattice fence on the back to stop the coyotes from entering and attacking me and my service dogs. I have filed an accommodation form for my ADA ****** and my service dogs and an ARC form. Both are denied. I have been bitten twice and my service dogs three times, and still the *** refuses to do something to protect me or allow my fence to protect myself and dogs. This has forced me to put my home up for sale. Even with my home for sale the *** refuses to allow a stay until I sell and are now fining me a daily amount that will end up foreclosing my home. I need help!!! I filed a complaint with the *** for my civil rights violations due to my disability and service dogs not be allowed an accommodation

    ************** has filed request with management at PDCA. However the board of directors does not meet until August 17, 2023 to review her request for an exception. ************** has not been fined. Until the board meets all compliance issues are on hold.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    5 reports received that note fines.  I have contacted every agency I can for emergency help.  There was already a board meeting which took months from the April notice that they rejected the accommodation, that was the reason I listed the home for sale, I am now working with a property management company to get the home rented if I cannot sell.  I followed the guidelines from ******** Services to keep the coyotes out.  Now I am forced to take a massive loss and sell or rent my home.  This is a complete nightmare and others with disabilities need to be aware before purchasing here.  I am in a complete panic trying to get out of my home, since the *** is now targeting me.

    Only the board of directors has the authority to give an accommodation or exception to a violation of governing documents. The owner will have to wait until the board meets in August 17, 2023 at 6pm for a response. The owner is welcome to ask for a personal appearance before the board during their executive session to discuss further. Thank you.
