    This company is stating they're representing a company they say I owe money to. I've spoken with the other company on two separate occasions and they do not have my SS # or any other information about me in their system, nor do they do business in **********. Heritage Legal is apparently trying to scam me or they have incorrect information. Heritage previously stated they would provide original paperwork where I signed for a loan but it has been over 30 days and they have sent nothing. Now Heritage Legal is stating they will debit my account. I have made NO arrangements with this company. The following is a text message the Heritage sent me, however they will not answer my phone calls.******************************,This is a payment reminder from Heritage Legal Group reminding you that your settlement payment of $ for EZCORP EZMONEY is scheduled to be automatically debited from your account this Wednesday, December 27th. Call us if you have any questions at **************. Please note: Failure for this payment to successfully process on Wednesday will cancel this settlement agreement.You can make your payment online anytime by simply going to: www.heritage-legal.com Heritage Legal Group Team **************

    I received a letter regarding notification of a lawsuit and civil complaint from Heritage Legal Group on 11/23/2023. File number **********. It states I took out a loan from EZ Corp and then closed my bank account and never paid it. I never heard of this company and I did not take out a loan with them. I have not closed any bank accounts. They are threatening a civil suit and the garnish my wages if I didn't pay $1,287.47 by 12/1/2023. They had the last four digits of my social security number, past employment information and the name of some relatives that would be called to testify against me. They did not provide a date as to when the "loan" was issued, because it never happened. This appears to be some fraudulent activity that includes identity theft.

    I received a letter in the mail stating that a lawsuit is filed against me for owing money to EZ money for roughly *******. I have never heard of the company nor have I borrowed money from them. The time they claim it took place was around 2014 like the others that have filed complaints against this company. They listed my father as a witness?? Seems they use True People Finder to obtain information and use scare tactics to scam people out of money.When I called them to obtain the original docs as my attorney requested me to do, they said they would have to request them from the original company EZ money. They said this could take up to a month. Today they sent me a text claiming that I had 3 days to make my settlement payment or the agreement would be off of the table. The settled amount didn't list an amount it was just a $ sign. When I called them to ask where the original docs were and why I got this text, they claimed it was a glitch in their system and there were delays obtaining to original docs.This file they claim to have needs to be closed out immediately as I have no clue who this company is and at this point, it is nothing more than harassment with scare tactics. Shame on these people to attempt to do this during the holidays to people!

    This business is supposedly trying to scam me for a loan I took out. The creditor is listed as EZCorp EZMoney. Which I have no knowlegde of the loan. Just like the other complaint They are saying that I closed or changed my bank account right after the loan was taken out which is not true. I am seeking Legal rep so we can stop these people bothering good hard working people.

    I received a letter from Heritage legal group. Stating that I took out an installment loan for $1551.16 from Ezcorp ezmoney. Well I never did take a loan out. Almost listed my died parents on the claim. Please get this settled for me. I am going through cancer treatment and dont need this Thank you

    I am being accused of not paying an installment loan from EZcorp Ezmoney. I dont know who this is. They are bringing my x wives into what ever this is supposed to be in which I have not even had any type of financial relationship with neither one of them in 18 years. There is a not enough information about this company I can find. The creditor or legal group I cant find any existance. Looks like they may have gotten my information. I just received this letter last week about Nov 20th.

    Heritage collection agency has sent a threatening letter trying to collect on a loan that never occurred. I have spoke with ***** with Transunion credit bureau. They are also mentioned on this letter. She advised me to contact the BBB. According to Transunion I owe no money to anyone and suggested I file a complaint with you. Please see that these harassments to a senior citizen is stopped immediately. I would suspect there are other complaints regarding this company.

    I reveived a civil lawsuit letter for delinquency of a loan with *******. The letter has personal information and is theatening liens and to contact family members if I do not pay. This is simply fraud. I plan to turn this over to my attorney!!

    Rec'd form letter from Heritage Legal Group 11/22/2023 in the mail stating I took out a loan with EZ Corp/EZMoney during the time I worked at ******************************. The amount supposedly was $1115.58. I left there in 2014. Also that is not the name now. It is a government agency. They want the money by 1 December 2023 or they are taking me to court. They state my dead father was a witness. He passed in ****. He never witnessed anything i had. They also reference my husband and he never witnessed this. Never heard of the loan company. Said I could online. Gave a website and phone # of *************. Scary and threatening

    Received a letter from Heritage Legal Group/EZCORP EZMONEY. Never heard of them, never took a loan from them. Stating I took a loan when I worked for a certain company, which I worked for between 14 and 12 years ago. Also, stated that I put a certain person down as a reference that I didnt even know yet during the years I supposedly took this loan! They threaten to subpoena a family member too. And threatened my home I own with a lien and garnish my pay. This is such an illegal action on behalf of this company!
