    I rented a limo (round trip) to pick my daughter up at airport to go to hotel as a birthday surprise and return. I specifically was told a driver would be at baggage claim to greet her w/a Happy Birthday sign. She would have been elated (1st limo ride). I also paid for 30 mins extra IN CASE the plane was late so the driver wouldn’t leave if it was. This was my crazy experience: The website says $160 for a stretch limo round trip and is deceiving. I was charged $300. The plane arrived at 4:39 on time. The confirmation email I received said the driver would be there at baggage claim waiting at 4:41. I got a text with the driver name and phone number at 4:59 pm. I called her to say they had landed and she said verbatim “I don’t know why they told you I was her driver because I’m off the clock”. So I called and was then given a driver name of Anthony and his phone number. I called Anthony. Got no answer so I texted and asked Are you the driver for my daughter? Received a one word reply-yes. But this Anthony person didn’t show. I called them again! Was given a driver named Joseph who was apparently in route. In the meantime, my daughter has gotten her luggage and gone to catch an Uber. Joseph calls me and says I can’t find her. Well of course not. By the time he arrived well after plane arrival she was gone! I had to call her and ruin the surprise by saying hey cancel the uber, I had you a limo and the limo guy is now inside at baggage claim looking around for you. What a joke! When you ask for a supervisor they take your name and number and promise callbacks that never occur. My issue with all of this is the driver was NOT there when the plane arrived ruining my surprise as well as the crazy mixup with multiple driver names. They arent empathetic, refuse to offer even a partial refund as a courtesy and rates on their website aren’t what you pay. She was picked up at 5:10. They also say courtesy champagne but then have to make a stop at the liquor store.

    They hand you your return tickets immediately upon arrival along with the tickets you need for the drop off. There was a lot of confusion and no time to think. My husband didn’t know which ticket was which and handed both to the driver. Well it wasn’t until later that we discovered we didn’t have the return ticket . If you lose the tickets they won’t honor your purchase. Even with proof of reservation. Seems like a scam. So much going on when you get to the airport. We were the last to get on shuttle so we were being rushed. But seems like they could create a scannable ticket to make easier on customer. Would not recommend because of this. Also you can not talk to someone by phone only through email. There customer service in general is poor!!!!

    We apologize for the confusion, but the ticket or boarding pass lets the driver know the service has been prepaid.  On the boarding passes themselves it explains this and how to contact our office.  We do not have a live person on a phone but we do have a text number for assistance if there is a problem.  If you were charge an additional amount at the time of your return transfer to the airport please let me know and we will be happy to refund you.

    Due to the miscommunication about the location (15 minutes to give us to figure out where to go when it would take us longer than that to walk there), we will not be riding with this service.
    On a side note, our communication was quite rude from your side and we do not wish to travel with you.
    On the reservation verbatim: “Passengers are encouraged to go outside of their hotel where they were drop off initially.”
    This was NOT what was conveyed until the driver was immediately annoyed we didn't know to follow "the yellow road because he couldn't pick up at the front of the hotel".
    We were literally dropped off at the front of the hotel, there was not way for us to know otherwise.
    I am very disappointed in this service that I tried to pre-order. 7 hours later and I still haven’t heard anything from the company.

    We are very sorry for your experience.  The hotels designate where the service can drop off and pickup and normally provide signage.  During times of construction it becomes very difficult because from day to day the drop off or pickup location can change causing confusion to passengers and drivers alike.

    Paid at the Airport for 2 round trip rides to and from the Hotel, they texted my confirmation number and driver etc. On pick up he asked for my return slip that I didn't have but showed him my confirmation and they should show I paid for 2 for round trip via my credit card..Driver said no you need to pay again and only wanted cash!!! We had to pay again so we would not miss our flight. Tried to call Bell Trans to go through the maze and after 5 attempts on getting disconnected I gave up! Cost us $90 total for a round trip ride from the airport to the hotel!!

    We apologize for the inconvenience but on the vouchers themselves it states they have to be present at the time of service and given to the driver as payment.  The drivers on the road have no way of looking up reservations and why the vouchers are treated the same as cash.  Please contact me for a refund.  I will need to verify your actual transfer back to LAS and to do so do you have the Bus number, date, and time of transfer?

    Stay away!!! Bait and switch, realllllll sketchy company. To be honest, after reading the reviews, Bell need to be investigated. Goodness, their fine print is too fine to read. I booked service from airport to hotel for 7 ppl. Per Delta, the flight arrived at a certain time; so I requested to be pickup 30 minus after arrival. The plane arrived almost 30 mins early. I'm thinking we had to time make restroom stop, and proceed to baggage claim. We located our driver & luggage and proceeded to the car. Let me mention, we had wheelchair assistance for couple ladies. We're not as fast as the norm. Luggage was loaded into car, the driver took pics of us outside the limo. The driver pop champagne bottle for us! She ask do we need to make a stop. The first thing we ask, is this additional charge. She stated NO! We stopped at a store, which was ridiculously expensive. We left the store within 10 mins & proceeded to hotel. After we unloaded from car, and checking into hotel, I received a bank alert for an additional charge from bell.
    Check this out; I was informed by the agent I did not make no comments/notes when making the reservations therefore, our time started when the plane landed. I told the agent in my original reservation, I requested 30 minute pickup time after plane arrival. Since I made no notes, this allowed Bell to adjust my arrival & pickup time, to be the same time. Get this, there is no time consideration for unloading the plane, walking, restroom stop, level of physical ability and retrieval of luggage. This company will milk your pocket if you let them. Since I made no notes in my reservation, Bell adjusted the itinerary based on plane arrival. Also the driver does not communicate, there maybe additional charge for stops etc. Basically Bell is a ripe off with fine print to fine to read that DOES NOT give TIME consideration.
    Hope my review will be helpful for you! Just writing this review boils my blood. Kudos to **** and their fine print.

    Worse company ever, operates as a criminal organization, never respect terms of transportation contracts. A scheduled pickup paid for as packaged deal, (included pickup from airport to hotel and from hotel to airport) from the airport to hotel on 11/16/23 fulfilled, the return trip to the airport on the 11/18/23 at 1.00 PM was a no show, called Bell Trans 24 hours to my departure as required, called again 3 hours and other numerous times we were redirected to a different location, asked to wait for 20 minutes which turned into 40 minutes, called again told to wait for additional 5 minutes which later amounted to 18 minutes, it was dawned on me and my wife that we were being played, we decided to take a taxi to the airport to avoid missing our flight, we informed Bell Trans thatI we were in cab heading for the airport, they left a voicemail that they were heading my way,. Bell Trans is a fraud, the public should be made aware of the scam being perpetuated by this company, Bell Trans is unreliable, isn’t fulfilling their part of the agreed transportation obligations.

    So Disappointed by the way we were treated. Shocked my money isn't being refunded :(
    Traveled to Chicago for a family memorial. We booked a Limo for the ride to the airport since there were 6 of us including our grandchildren ages 4 and 10. The Bell Trans limo arrived on schedule to our home, loaded us up and brought us to the airport. No questions no problems. No mention of car seats.
    We arrived back in Las Vegas and had again booked our ride home with Bell Trans.
    The driver was waiting when we arrived at baggage claim. I approached him and said hello and he followed over to where my family was waiting
    He looked at my 4yr old Grandson and loudly said "JESUS CHRIST'" You've got to be kidding me!!
    How old is he? Pointing at him rudely and how much does he weigh?? I responded 40 -45 lbs
    He then informs us he can't take us because he does not have a car seat. And gets very angry like it's our fault he did not have one. I put on my reservation 2 children were traveling with us. Nobody asked the weight or ages of the children. He informed us that dispatch did not give him that information and next time someone asks i should lie about the weight.
    While I was on the phone trying to rectify the situation with Bell Trans
    I receive a No show message on my phone. I am literally standing with the driver being told I'm a no show. My exhausted family and me just wanted to get home. You cant just jump in a cab or Uber with 6 people and 6 suitcases. We ended up taking 2 seperate rides totaling over $300 to get us all back to the centennial area of Vegas. Thats on top of the $136.86 Bells Trans will not refund. We deserve a refund due to the way the driver verbally attacked a 4yr old directly pointing at him and the policy of car seat was never mentioned or enforced when we were picked up at home ,where we could have grabbed the car seat.
    We were there, desperately wanting to go home after flying A turbulent economy flight and called No shows??

    Received a text from our driver stating she was on her way and she would be at baggage claim to meet us. Our flight was late and I messaged the driver to let her know we arrived. The driver texted me back and stated she waited for over an hour and had since left. She said she would return but the company would charge me again.
    This service was bought and paid for including the tip 2 weeks prior. The company is now putting up a fight to refund this purchase. They should at least refund the tip!

    Made a appointment for 1pm got a text saying the driver would be there at 1 , waited until 1;25 had to take a **** because my flight was @3:35 at 2:19 saying the driver will be there at 3 . Would like a refund , impossible to talk to a person .

    I booked a stretch limo for our family of four so we can have a Las Vegas experience, I was severely disappointed! They showed up to pick us up and then accused my child of being overweight to be transported without a booster seat. I told the driver to get a scale to prove us wrong. Also, she said that the reservation said only two adults, wrong I have the screenshot and initial receipt. She said that would go get a scale or a car seat and come back. But my husband knew something was up, so her asked her how do we know that you will come she said “ I will, I will it's only 5 minutes away”. Next thing we know we get a call stating that she is not coming back and a text that followed stating we not showed! Straight lies! I called for a refund because they didn’t render any services, refused to return, and the customer service was horrible! Stating that the limo and driver showed up regardless of getting the ride. Hmmm Nope, that's not how a proper business operates. The dispatch representative that I need to dispute the charges with my credit card because they are not going to refund me. I said that makes no sense because 2 of the four of us could still go on the limo ride. But they never came back. Then to top it off I got a text stating that we no showed up! This company needs to be investigated and fined for scamming people! They are stealing from people when they don’t fulfill the contracted commitments and refuse to refund folks. Never use this company!
