    Was supposed to be picked up at 7am from my hotel and taken to the airport. I waited approximately 15 minutes after 7am and had to call an Uber in order to make it to the airport on time. It was almost 25 minutes after the actual pick-up time. I tried calling the company in order to receive a refund for the return shuttle but no matter what option you select, no one will answer the phone. Will never use Bell Transportation service again.

    I bought tickets for Bell Trans through Expedia. In description it says I will be picked up from Terminal 3 in Las Vegas airport. It was nobody there. I had to take a bus to Terminal 1. I waited over hour for their shuttle. On the way back from the hotel they didn't show up at all! I waited 45 minutes and had to take an Uber so I won't miss my flight. They told me via text message that I should get refund from Expedia since I bought tickets from them. Expedia said they can't give me refund because they can't get approval from Bell (can't reach them!) I couldn't either because their phone doesn't have live person. At the end I just lost my money. Will never do anything with Bell or Expedia!

    DON'T RECOMMEND!!
    Booked 2 party buses two months in advance to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday...only to receive a call from the company the day before the event to tell us the two 20 passenger buses were broke down and they would need to cancel our reservation! WTF who does that!!! Apparently this company! I understand sh*t happens but y'all knew well in advance that those buses would not be available...the least you could've did was given us a week notice to make other arrangements! I literally received the phone call as my flight was departing so was trying to rush the conversation. I did ask if there was any other vehicles available and was asked about how many. I said there should be about 20 (thinking I would just have to tell a few people they wouldn't be able to attend since we originally had TWO 20 passenger buses) her response was we have a 8 seat vehicle...again WTH! That wouldn't accommodate even half our party! When asked about the refund was told it would take 8-10 days! HOW/WHY!!! When I booked they instantly charged my credit card now I have to wait for a refund! This is horrible customer service! Book with Elite Transportation they were able to accommodate our last minute booking and we had a blast!!!
