    Date of service 7/2/2024 Cost $530 I paid to have my house move out ready at the end of my lease. They based the cost off of the size of the house being 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, which made sense to me. They wanted the house empty and vacant for the cleaning, so thats what I did. I had a friend and my mom help make sure nothing would be in their way. We accomplished that. I told *** the supervisor that the house was ready for the crew just before 1pm. They arrived at 1:44pm and I got a phone call within 15 minutes that the house condition would require more time. That they would have to come back in the morning to finish the job. I already felt that they were trying to squeeze more money out of me since I wasnt there. They complained of there being pet hair on the floor, but that shouldve easily been cleaned by a vacuum or swept. It took them 3 hours to clean the upstairs bedrooms due to this. Leaving only 1 hour for the kitchen which wasnt finished being cleaned let alone the rest of the first floor. Even after texting me and telling me that they wouldnt be able to finish the kitchen. I told them to leave the floors and Id do them myself, but they didnt follow that direction either. I paid a premium price to have my house cleaned and am left with the possibility of paying my rental company a cleaning fee which I was trying to avoid in the first place.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    They havent offered any solution. I had to pay $450 for a cleaning fee to my rental company, so Ive paid over $900 for the cleaning of that house.
