    I was contacted by Electrolux (appliance manufacturer) about a recall on my laundry center. I was then assigned to Buy Rite to do the recall service. They came out to inspect on 7/17/23 and confirmed my unit was part of the recall. I had to call multiple times following up about getting the parts. They finally came out for the recall repair on 10/31/23. Shortly after that service, the drum wasn't turning. They returned on 12/19/23 to confirm that a belt was broken and offered to replace. They returned on 1/9/24 to complete the belt replacement. Shortly after that, the dryer was shredding clothes and a piece of the drum was sticking out. I had another servicer inspect the unit on 2/1/24 and he confirmed that the unit wasn't properly reassembled after the previous service. He states that a new drum and 2 new glides are required for repair. Buy Rite no longer answers their phone number or emails. I've made multiple calls to Electrolux and they have not been able to provide a resolution.

    Opened a warranty service request in August of 2023. Our dryer was working but making loud sounds. Buy rite came out, didnt have the parts they needed, took apart dryer and purposely made it not work so that we couldnt use it so that it didnt get worse. Called them to ask whats going on and they said the part they need is back ordered. They had no resolution to the fact that they purposely left my dryer not working. 2 months later, part comes in. They come to fix it and say the dryer is too dirty for them to work on. So I clean the lint out. 2 weeks later they come again, I ask the rep, is the machine full of lint because of the issue, they said most likely. So they wouldnt work on this dryer due to it being dirty from the problem they were trying to fix. Tech fixes the issue but says that he is missing a bolt and will get one ordered. A few weeks later, I follow up and they say they still dont have the missing bolt. Now 6 months later, still dont have a working dryer, they never pick up their phones, whirlpool (warranty provider) says they have to talk to them on the phone because its been so long but they never answer the phone.

    Company came out to fix my dishwasher after another company could not! They ordered many parts including a new electrical board and have been out 3 times since November. Every time the part was bad or they needed additional parts. They would only accept cash or Zelle payment. We gave them cash and have the receipt. They have promised me a cash refund for the past month. Now their phone number is not in service and the number to text has not replied in over a week. ****** came and took all the new parts off the dishwasher that they had replaced. He was very nice and apologized and we trusted him completely for the refund. As well as the guy, *******, who was going back and forth with me through text. He was surprised the owner ****** never got back to me and said he would process the refund himself. Now he will no longer reply to my texts. Buy Rite's was referred to us by Thermador customer service, whom we purchased the dishwasher.

    I have a friend that was going to assist on a smaller claims case.

    i went to their address on ******* and the two separate addresses listed on their business license. It was a wild goose chase that all went to the same area. There was no Buy Rite Appliance business.

    Bought Bosch Refrigerator From ******************* on 11/1/23 for $3000.00 and found Ice Maker not working on 12/11/23..On 12/12/23 Reported our Broken Ice maker to ********************..They made me report to Bosch ApplianceBosch sent over BUY RITE TECHNICIAN on 12/18/23 Buy Rite ordered a ************ and put it in on 12/29/23 it did not work they came back 1/3/24 ordered another part and installed it in on 1/11/24 DID NOT WORK said there is nothing else they can do. Called Bosch Representative and told them I need a replacement there is nothing that Buy Rite can do.***** Representative They refused to send the correct paper work to them so ***** can make a decision it is now 2/3/24 and still no correct paper work was sent out to Bosch..I have call Buy Rite numerous ************ keep saying that they sent the paper work in.We are 82 years old and in debt with R. C ****** for $3,000.00 and still have a broken refrigerator..can some one help us. We are also reporting Bosch Appliances for a replacement.

    I was directed to this company by ******* to fix a problem with my refrigerator under the warranty. After a couple of weeks a serviceman came out and checked it and said that he needed to order the part and that they would contact me once it came in to schedule the work. They have still not contacted me. I have called several times and on the two occasions where they answered the phone they promised to check to see if the part was in and would call me back. They never call back. I've left a couple messages as well when they do not answer. They don't respond. I don't know what else I can do to get them to complete the repair. I originally contacted them on June 7th, so it has been over 2 months. If the part has not come in they could tell me that, but they don't bother to return calls. It is a minor repair and the part should be easy to obtain. It is my belief that they do not want to send a serviceman to my location because of the distance (90 miles). If this is the case then they should not be an authorized ******* warranty repair service for my city, then I would be directed to a different warranty repair service that would come here.

    Mid-January we called *************** due to issues with our washer, it had passed the factory warranty. Luckly, we purchased and extended warrant which they use Buy Rite Appliances as a 3rd party vendor. Buy Rite came by the end of January, did not complete a diagnostic and only asked us what was wrong with the machine, he stated it was a spring and that was the first thing that goes out with the ******* washer. He was there 10 minutes and left. We were told the parts were ordered and they would let us know when they arrived. On Feb 14, 2023, the tech returned and finally took the machine a part less than 15 minutes and gentleman specifically advised to me that he now needed to order weights, screws and a tub he was going to put the order in, and it was going to be up to *************** if they wanted to replace the tub or give us a new washer. Today 02/28/2023 the tech returns and tells my husband; it's the tub and he need to go back to order it. I know that on 02/14/2023. I understand on 3rd party vender contract work they get paid for every call out and hourly. The fact that this is 3x they have been out to my property, now it may just be up to ***************** to just give me a new washer. Why wasn't this done on 02/14 when the tech advised me of the same. Why wait now after coming over 3 times and staying ***** minutes. I have a ring doorbell and camera and can tell you the exact time they were at my property, and I guarantee they are billing ***************** for an hour of work of nothing. They have wasted time, money and stress and energy. I would like for them to be looked into. They have a horrible practice and the fact they can take advantage of people. I have 2 minor children to care for and I need a washer. The past 4 weeks I have had to go to laundry mats spend money while this company has stated they are doing their job when they are not. I'm disgusted.
