    We purchased a Maytag washer and dryer and full 3 year warranty on these appliance in January 2023. The dryer is now no longer working and although we got a repairman out on June 1st after hassling to make an appoint the prior week. He stated he needed to order the part and would let us know when he would be back. Since then, we have called every day and no one knew when the part would be available, until June 6th when they finally stated it would be at least 21 days to find the part. My husband found the part that very day on Amazon and called them to come out and put it in (a simple timer dial). They refused stating it would void the warranty!!?? Meanwhile, we are dealing with no dryer and a 94 yr. old father who needs his clothing, bedding, towels, etc... washed and dried every day because he is bedridden and wears diapers 24/7. We need help and have received nothing but excuses and bad attitude from this service business. It now has been 2 weeks that we've been unable to use our dryer. We are at our wit's end with these people and they do not care. We've also called Maytag directly and they do not care either. This company, which we thought was trustworthy and the best in the business is a sham.
