    I bought a massager from a home show on May 13, 2023. $219.29. I charged it 8 hours as instructed (longer, It was an overnight charge) It quit working after 3 minutes. I contacted MedSense and was further instructed to hold button longer, to no avail. MedSense asked for proof of purchase, which I provided. MedSense stated they would send a new massager. I received an email advising of the new order and a tracking number. Checking with **** with this tracking number it seems **** is have just been notified of the arrival of a package for shipment. No package to date and MedSense has stopped responding to my chat Only way to communicate online.

    MedSense was a vendor at an expo in Charlotte in February 2022. It was the expo for the Hot Chocolate 15K/5K race. They gave a great demo of the products. I purchased 2 massagers that day for roughly $300. One of them had to be shipped. I was told that these would qualify for medical equipment and thus I could expense on my HSA/FSA card and the charge went through. My HSA/FSA wanted a receipt of the purchase. I was told the receipt would go to my email. I had only one receipt, which states $0.00 because there was no charge for shipping. I have been trying for 4 months to get in contact with them. I did get one response where they confirmed they would send the receipts. However, I have not received anything. Now, when I go to their website and Facebook page, there is no response from their chat. All I want is my receipts. Today, I called the number listed on the BBB for them. The voicemail states that since February 2022, they will only communicate via email. I have sent a half-dozen or so emails over the four months, and I had no response.

    a customer contacted us through our chat once and we asked for the receipt number and customer never answered our question " we have a screen record of the conversation if needed" we also just completed the customers request and sent out an itemized receipt as of September 1 at 10 AM PDT to the address ***********@gmail.com
