    SCAM- the founder of this 'business,' Erdal 'Eddie' *********, is a lying, manipulative, snake oil salesman with no shame and no morals. MedSense is a complete scam, it only exists to siphon money out of unsuspecting people.
    I met the founder of the company at a trade-show event at the bib-pickup for a half-marathon. He sold me a massager and told me that I could return it if needed. He even showed me that he texted his 'team' to tell them that I can return it outside of the return policy/timeframe! Anything to make a sale- his 'team' didn't even exist, this is a one-man operation.
    When I did reach out to return the massager (calling, emailing), they barely replied, were super shifty, and even though I finally got their address to mail it back to them, they never refunded me.
    The only energy this guy expends is in fighting my credit card company on reversing the charge. I never got my money back. Eddie is such a scam artist, trying to pass off low-quality product that doesn't actually work and refusing to honor his promises and return policy.
    I wish I could get my money back, but at this point I just want to warn other people against buying from his scam 'business.' Wish I could give zero stars.

    This company is a scam. They show up before big running races and sell you a crappy product for $200. They use beautiful women to war you in to buy their defective product. I needed a new Massage gun so I purchased one but when I took it out of the box at home, it was obviously used. They've been promising to send a new one for over six weeks and now they won't respond to my emails anymore. Horrible customer service. This is a scam!

    I purchased a massager at a trade show . it worked for a little bit. I thought it needed to be charged. After charging all night the green indicator light was on but it would not turn on. I contacted them thru their chat bar and explained this,they said they were going to send a replacement. Never seen one. I did the chat again and now they want a receipt from the sale. I never got a receipt , I tried to go thru SQ to get one, that didn't work. Now they won't reply at all. The company is a scam selling defective products and the service is garbage
