    I dropped my car off on Friday April 4th, 2025 for polishing, cleaning and scratch removal and touch up as well as some paint repair on all four wheels and the rear hatch of my vehicle. I paid a $250 deposit and the work was contracted for a total of $3200. After some updates I was told it was ready on Sunday April 13th, 2025, but I was unable to get it that evening so I told **** I would pick it up the next day. On the next day apparently more time was needed (despite already being told it was complete) and this went on until Friday April 18th, 2025 (exactly two weeks from drop off) when I demanded the card be returned as I was concerned that **** and **** were not being honest. My fears were correct as I picked it up with blue painters tape on an area that had just been painted the day before and was told by **** not to take the tape off until 4pm.**** and **** had been deceiving me the whole time and I was required to pay the balance to get my keys back (I should have contacted the Police). Upon inspection I noticed that all four wheels had been repaired and painted with dull paint that does not match the gloss of the rest of the wheels, the rear hatch was very poorly painted with what appears to be non-matching paint (no metal flake, incorrect color appearance) and had over spray above the painted area that had been poorly wiped and dried on the areas with good condition paint. Other areas were touched up with the non-matching paint as well. Additionally, the interior detail job is mediocre at best and there is no evidence of ceramic coating work on the paint (makes sense as the paint was not complete so it was likely not applied).I took the car to a very reputable family-owned body shop for assessment, and they have estimated the damage and rework done by **** and **** at over $6,800. Please be advised, these are not good and honest people.

    Used the myntdetailing.com website to schedule 3 cars detailed to get detailed. Two on 05/19/24 and one on 05/22/24. Three options were selected for the cars, Advanced, Premium, and Executive. A deposit of $75 was required for all three vehicles, which was paid via credit card. On 05/19/24 I received a text message stating a car would not work and I would be kept posted on meeting the expected window. After expected window timeframe started, I got another text informing me they were still waiting for a call back. Appointment was rescheduled and was offered "compensation" of 1-year ceramic for 2 of the 3 vehicles, I was also advised that they would be late for that appointment as well. The employee offered up to fix a dent a scratch in one of the vehicles with better results than the shop for $325. Accepted offer but results were a non-matching color fill-in of the scratches. Was asked to pay total of $770 via Zelle for the two vehicles and "repair". I was satisfied with the washing and detailing results but not the offered repair. Three vehicle was detailed the following day but during the process the windshield was punctured causing an unrepairable crack. The additional Zelle of $320 was submitted prior to the inspection and Mynt mobile confirmed it occurred "when the hood went up". Mynt offered to remediate by sending someone out but did not follow through. Mynt "scheduled" to have someone come out, but no one showed. We could no longer wait and needed to use an alternative vehicle and get someone on our own to fix. Mynt offered to reimburse if we sent invoice. Invoice was provided and was advised they would review and get back to me. As of today there has be no response to follow-****

    Fraud *ALERT* BUYER BEWARE*Unfortunately I cannot speak on the quality of their services because I did not get the opportunity to make it to that point. I booked an appointment to get my SUV detailed before I was due to move to *****. I booked my appointment for a Monday. I originally opted to pay for my appointment at the time of the appointment. Someone from Mynt contacted me prior because they tried to pre authorize my card and it was declined. This should have been the first red flag because when they tried to pre authorize my card it showed they were trying to charge for the full amount of the service. Not thinking anything of it I paid for the service in full. They later reached out to tell me they would need to reschedule due to van troubles I was very understanding and just asked they keep me updated. The time for my appointment comes and they had not shown. I contacted them and they let me know they changed the appointment again. I was frustrated at this point because I had been waiting and did not have the time to wait any longer I had other things to do. Initially when I canceled they were understanding even offering services on the house. When I asked about my money being refunded they changed tune and the employee argued with me. Telling me I wasnt going to be getting a refund. After going back and forth I was contacted by the owner and told Id be receiving a refund. I followed up on the refund around 3 weeks later to be told it was already processed to my bank however after contacting my bank i was told no refund was even initiated. Looking at the yelp reviews im not the only person they have stolen money from.*if you are doing good business you wont have to leave disclaimers on the multiple yelp reviews people are leaving complaining about you stealing money. I plan to follow through with trying to get my money refunded as well as filing complaints with all the necessary people.

    Mynt mobile detailing was hired to wash/wax and polish a 29 foot ** which included the tires and trim and condition the roof and a 2022 truck which included the truck bed and interior detail on 6/12/2023. The truck was 50 percent discount because they had rescheduled previously several times my ****** 4runner that was a specialty wash at a cost of $349.99 several times. The truck was originally $179.99 discounted to $90 and the ** was $289.71 They were also going to do a clear coat on the hood of the ****** when the other 2 were done for $150 . They left halfway done because they ran out of water and said they would be back. Over an hour later I texted them and asked if they were coming back sometime soon because they had the keys to the truck. They stated that they would have to work through the night if we wanted them to finish or if they could finish the ** the next day and could we pay for the truck and the hood that was done. So I replied that I didn't even know that they did the hood and that they missed a spot and that they weren't spose to do the hood until the ** was done. They then proceeded to tell me that my hood needs repainted and there's nothing they can do and demanded payment for everything before they would bring back the keys we had 10 minutes to pay them $530 or they would call the police. Which is a few cents more than what we technically owed and holding our keys hostage and demanded that we paid them by ***** only no other method and then said that they did finish the ** when I have pictures showing otherwise according to their website they didn't do half of what they charged us on the ** or a quarter of the ******

    june 30th 2022 I had my pu truck detailed. I paid them cash. they took my **** front place mats. I called them and they said by text that ****** took them and they would return them. On July 6th and 14th I text them I still haven't received them. On July 19th I receive a text from **** asking if I needed a detail. I responded no I just want my floor mats back. I assume the text was prompted by a phone call I made to ************. I then received a text July 21st that was from a person who didn't identify who they were by name but they just returned from ******* from attending a friends funeral. The text said he would return my mats, he guaranteed 110% I would have them back by 6 Pm if I would remove a bad review I posted. I agreed as long as they returned my mats. the next text thank me for being understanding. They sent a text that they were slammed but would return mats that night. I called and text again 7/22, 7/25, 7/27. I tried calling and texting again 8/1, 8/3 and 8/4 i called, texted I was contacting channel 13. On 8/11 channel 13 recommended I contact police and report mats stolen. I left the state to ****** which I do every year, I called and text again 9/25 and told them the police would meet me at their place of business to keep the peace but I had to leave town again. On Sept 25 I called and text them again and again Oct 26th after police said to contact BBB for assistance first. I tried calling one last time Jan 5th and text I was contacting the BBB. I am a 100% disabled Vet and 70 years old and not very computer literate and tried to file a complaint on my phone. I called the BBB and they said the only way to file a complaint was a computer. I'm currently in ******** using my daughters computer. I just want my mats back. They are expensive to replace. Please help me get my mats back. My son and truck are at *****************************************************************. If you can't help please tell me where to go. They are wrong.
