  Based on my personal experience I can only warn you about doing business with Mynt Mobile Detailing.
  My entire dealing with this company was with and through John ******, owner.
  I was interested in having paint repairs followed by a full detailing package.
  You won't get what you paid for with outfit. They may do a somewhat decent job on car washing but their full detailing is a joke and they have the nerve to claim they do paint repairs. They failed to match my paint color, did not buff to achieve gloss of adjacent painted surfaces, missed areas to be painted. left mud, on door bottoms and window streaking. Worse yet, they did not inform me that they completed their work and just left my site without giving me and opportunity to inspect my vehicle. I have sent 5 text messages, and left 2 phone messages (before my phone number was blocked) describing the shortcomings of the work performed, asking for John's plan to make things right. I have been totally ghosted - not a single response. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AND NEVER PAY FOR SERVICES IN ADVANCE

  Owner threatened me and called me derogatory names he is dangerous. Got mad when I asked for a refund because the service wasn’t provided . He is racist and a narcissist and dangerous to the general public.

  Maria and her assistant came out to detail my Harley Davidson and ceramic coat it too, I did tell Maria to remove the bags and make sure it was detailed and ceramic coated behind the bags but it was not done, after Maria was done, she said she was going to give me a text me from her personal cell phone number and that she would return in two days to make sure the bike was fully done right which would be Friday, I have since contacted the company and Maria, Ivan then scheduled me in at nine on that Monday then switched to Tuesday then finally Wednesday I received an email from Ivan in the office that then told me he scheduled a fake appointment what kind of business does that I asked that John would contact me and yet he has not I paid a total of $330 dollars which included a $30 tip I have been treated as a liar because they can't even communicate with their employee Maria to verify that she indeed said she would be back I have told them that I have the text messages in where I was told by Maria that she was returning on Friday they wanted me to take pictures but I believe in the customer is always right I had my own business and if a customer called me with concern I always went back and made it right I wouldn't never make appointments and never show up to, to this day I haven't heard from anyone other than getting harassed by Ivan with multiple emails of harassment I highly do not recommend this company for poor ethics of business John should have shown up and made things right and Matia should have kept her word cause to me in business your word is golden don't use this company is my advice

  I wish I can share the text between me and this business the first appointment I had they decided to reschedule because the truck was in the shop. The second reschedule was because it rained although my appointment was scheduled once the weather was clear but because the earlier appointments got bad weather they pushed me back and never came. The last reschedule they said Travis and Tara was assigned to the job but they couldn’t contact them and the gps was turned off now I haven’t been able to get a response from them since and still waiting on a refund is this even a legit business because they seem like scammers to me.
  Update 2 days later another reschedule another no show and now the phone numbers are disconnected when trying to reach out definitely a scam stay away!!!!! Oh the kicker I never got refunded

  In july I paid for a service for my honda crosstour they charged a deposit because i wanted me and my boyfriends vehicle done. They only did mines and did a half *** job on it. Then chipped my paint they promised to make it right and never did they ghosted me. Never came to do my boyfriends truck after i paid the deposit of 125. And they changed ur number. Technically disconnected it. I connected bank to contest the charge and john who says hes the owner didnt want to refund me. Debating on taking this matter to court this upset me and my boyfriend we work hard for our money....

  BUYER BEWARE: I moved to Las Vegas about 5 months ago and was looking for respectable detailers. John with Mynt Mobile Detailing seemed like a stand up guy so i pre bought his 4 wash package with him after he cleaned my first 2 cars. After I bought it, he ghosted me for almost 3 weeks with no response. Finally, I got a response from a "different" person (on his cell phone) and still got ghosted.
  Don't pre pay for this poor customer service, learn from my mistake.

  I have been a return customer for about a year now. Recently I made an appointment to have my car detailed on a Wednesday. When they showed up I was told they didn't have any water and needed to reschedule. I was told they would be back the next day around 1pm. I had a dent on my car that John agreed to remove and repaint and I gave him the money upfront to get the paint because he worked on my car before and we have never had any issues. Thursday came and Johnson assistant showed up but John never came therefore all he could do was vacuum my car. I was told they would be back Saturday at noon when they had the paint. Saturday came and I messages John and he said he wasn't coming and that he would come Sunday around the same time. When Sunday came I reached back out and was told he had just woke up and that I never responded so he didn't come. Even though we had scheduled for noon the night before. When he never showed up Sunday I asked for my money back that I had given him and I wanted to cancel my appointment. He told me he would then come Monday around 12-1. Given I've been working with them for a year I wanted to let him redeem himself. 12 came around and John never called. By 1 pm I messaged him and asked for my money back. He never responded. He ended up ignoring all of my messages and never cleaned my car or removed the dent as promised. I won't be returning back to use his services.

  I scheduled an Advanced Detailing service with **** for Saturday between ****pm. Friday night, he texted me that they cannot do on Saturday but they can on Sunday. Even though it was not easy for me to rearrange my entire weekend the last minute, I agreed. My appointment was rescheduled for Sunday at 11am. Sunday at 11:15 I got another message that my appointment was rescheduled again for Monday at 11am.I tried calling ****, he did not care to answer, a coward!THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!Rescheduling twice, the last minute, just like that, NO CARE FOR CUSTOMERS!There are tons of auto detailing companies locally.DO NOT GO TO THEM!**** in Mynt Mobile Detailing IS UNPROFESSIONAL !!!
