    On more than one occasion, I have attempted to do business with Ridenow on Boulder AND Ridenow on Rancho. Recently I even attempted to travel out of state to do business with Ridenow SoCal! They are really big into false advertising! First of all, their website claims that you can take a test ride on any bike that you're interested in buying and all four times I have been denied the ability to take a motorcycle for a test drive, even though I do have a motorcycle license, and even brought my own helmet! They also have a promotion called "Ride in and Cash out", which they did not honor when I rode my motorcycle into their dealership on Boulder. Before they even looked at my bike or asked how much money I had to put down on a motorcycle, they ran my credit! I could have been buying a motorcycle outright, and yet they chose to ding my credit! Then they declined to buy my motorcycle, which was in great condition by the way; and told me that they could not sell me a motorcycle because of my credit. Like I said, they never even asked if I wanted to just buy it outright! Perhaps that's how they price ***** people so that they can make more commission? Today I was online and saw that Ridenow SoCal had a brand new 2025 ******** Vulcan S with ABS listed for $739! I immediately called them and told them I would drive all the way down there to purchase it. The person on the phone laughed and made a joke of it, then immediately changed the online price. Even if it was a mistake, they should have to honor the price, or it is yet again another example of false advertising from this company!

    I purchased a Polaris 2023 R Slingshot which I had to order and wait for from the Rancho location. My slingshot is warranted for 2 years via manufacturer's warranty. We have been visiting the boulder location as the Rancho location has limited servicing for the slingshots. I have a continuous issue with the shocks which are bad and the dealership is refusing to replace them. My slingshot is 1" lower than the rest of the slingshots and the dealership keeps blaming that I have modified it and this voids the warranty however before any modifications were made I did my research and spoke to the dealership and the certified builder that made the modifications and both told me only my frame warranty would be voided, and the builder would warranty the frame for life. Additionally, I have upgraded seats air/heat which have a known issue and I have video showing they do not work properly. Each time this issue is addressed they claim the seats work. I even showed them from another dealership the troubleshooting/recall information and they brush it off. **** the ** has no interest in resolving the issues and I have been there at least 3 times for both the suspension and seats.

    We appreciate the opportunity to respond to this complaint and to provide additional information. Mr. ******** refers to several custom modifications completed to his vehicle after the purchase. On the attached signed bill of sale provided to Mr. ********* we attempt to inform customers that "In most cases, aftermarket components and/or damage caused by aftermarket components are not covered by the Factory warranty and/or extended warranty". Only the manufacturer can decide what is eligible for warranty coverage. Our Dealership submitted all claims from Mr. ******** to Polaris, the manufactuer of this vehicle, and they denied coverage of the claims. It is not a decision of our Dealerships nor a decision that we have any authority to override. If the customer would like to contact ******* directly to review further, he has the full right to do so. Unfortunately, our attempts to request reconsideration have been denied.

    May 27, 2023 purchased new sector 450 (odo= 6mi) from ridenow powersports Mirror was broken and front cowl was damaged, was told to go ahead and take it home and they eould contact when parts were in, several month later I had go to ridenow and check, parts were never ordered and personal were all new, said they would order and call, 2 Months later they call and say parts are in and bring it in, dropped off unit 2 (odo=7mi) weeks later they call and say they got wrong parts, they will order correct ones, in May i went in and check still no parts checked with sales they offered to buy it back if pay off unit if ibuy a different one the closest unit in size would put me at a loss of over ****** dollers, June 7, 2024 called ridenow, say they cannot get parts and they are no longer a dealer, and to contact hisun, which I have done to no avail,

    When I bought my 2022 ***** talon I was sold a maintenance plan and was told it was good at any authorized ***** dealer but that was false so I have called them and can not get anybody to call me back They sold me a plan that I cannot use where I live And I would like a refund for the Plan that I purchased at the cost of ******* because it is no use to me because it cannot be used at the ***** dealer where I live.

    I just spoke with the division of the Nevada dmv that takes care of vehicle registrations. I purchased the unit 8 weeks ago and RideNow has still not mailed out the paperwork to register the vehicle nor have I received the title. The contact at dmv said they are caught up and they is no backlog and I would need to contact the dealer. Ive been unable to get the dealer to address this.

    i just spoke with the dmv and they received the paperwork on 3/19 and mailed the registration. That is 5 days after I filed this complaint. Its unfortunate but it took a complaint to get them to respond. I still have not received the title nor have I been contacted from the dealer to let me know if they mailed the title or even if the unit comes with a title. Ill close this out under the presumption I will receive a title in the next 2 weeks. Thanks

    On March 17th 2023, I became an unwitting full signer, vice cosigner, for a 2022 ***** Navi motorcycle From RideNow PowerSports on Boulder for a friend who wasn't able to finance it himself with his credit score alone, making me the unintended owner. The motorcycle has been completely paid off since of 11/23/2023. However, I have been unable to obtain the Title and Registration from RideNow. On 9/5/2023, RideNow supposedly sent the Licensing Docs to the Clairemont Mesa DMV in ********** without my permission as it should be registered in ******. I went to the CA DMV and they told me they sent it back to the original sender on 11/19/2023. On 12/19/2023 I was in contact with one of the Title clerks from RideNow, ***********************, in response to obtaining the Title to complete the registration for the motorcycle. Unfortunately I was informed that they did not receive the Title back and will continue to try and find it. I never received a response or follow up from RideNow Powersports on Boulder since then. Later in February, I decided to reach out to RideNow again to find out if I can obtain a copy of the Title since the previous one has assumed to have been lost. I was informed by an employee that it is no longer their responsibility and I should contact ******************** instead since responsibility has been shifted over to them. I then called RoadRunner to gather more information on the whereabouts of the Title, and from what I gathered it appeared that they did not receive any paperwork from RideNow in regards to my Motorbike. I was told that RoadRunner sent out a report about 4 times and RideNow has never responded to any of those. Currently I am contacting RoadRunner almost everyday for updates on the matter, but it appears that RideNow is being uncooperative in getting this issue resolved. All I desire is the proper Title and Registration for this motorcycle, but so far RideNow Powersports has not made any reassuring actions to get this done in a timely manner.

    On March 17th, 2023, I went to RideNow Powersports on Boulder to see about potentially financing a motorcycle. I went with a couple of friends, and the goal was to get a new vehicle that could help me build my credit. After seeing a motorcycle I liked, I looked into financing it. However, I did not get approved on my credit alone. Instead, we looked into cosigning with one of the friends I had brought with me. Apparently, it still wasn't enough for a loan on the motorcycle. Rather than leaving it at that, the salesman had my friend finance it without me cosigning, and did not fully explain that to me. I made the $1,500 down payment for the motorcycle and my name isn't even on the loan. In addition to this, the salesman tacked on a $1,295 warranty that was supposed to be for 36 months, yet on the contract, it shows we were charged that amount for zero months. We did not want the warranty anyway, as the motorcycle itself was listed at $1,807 MSRP and a warranty that costs almost as much as the motorcycle is completely unnecessary. Despite this transaction being highly unconventional, we still wanted to make it work. On May 11th, 2023, we requested a cancellation and refund on the warranty that we were charged for despite not asking for it in the first place. We were sent a document to fill out for the warranty cancellation and refund, and sent it back that same day filled out. After that, we have not heard back from RideNow at all. We have reached out multiple times to address this issue with no response or effort on RideNow's end. It has been months and I did not want to escalate it this far. At this point, I am filing a complaint in hopes that they simply follow through with what they said they would do, which is refund the warranty.

    In October I bought a 2021 ************************* from Ride Now cash, it is now February and I still have not received the Title for the motorcycle. I have emailed them, and they keep sending me the dealers tag / paperwork to register it, I went into Ride Now on Boulder Highway in ********* were I bought this thing at, and they said oh we are working on it, my dad and I went in three weeks ago and ***** said ohh, we are having an issue, *********************** said that we never sent a check for that bike to them, but we show that we did, so give us a week and we will contact you, its been three weeks and nothing, I just called them today 02/21/23 and ***** said she is looking into the issue, call her back in about 10 minutes.

    First, I was forced into purchasing a battery insurance that I didn't need and being charged extra paperwork fees! They sold me a motorcycle in July, made mistakes on *** paperwork, I was unable to get it registered. Had to call them countless times, then had to go in and stand in line at the *** to register it at the 11th hour because their title processor was illiterate and inverted my license number making it ineligible for online registration! t's mid October, and I still don't have a title. I checked with the ***, they didn't have any records of submission. This week, after countless calls, I learned that these FRAUDS SOLD ME A MOTORCYCLE WITHOUT HAVING THE MANUFACTURE'S TITLE THEMSELVES! Today, I learned from the *** that the documents are being sent back to the dealer. Apparently they failed to put the odometer on the back of the ***! The general manager has failed to communicate, apologize and resolve the matter!

    We purchased a motorcycle from them July 30, 2022 and paid it in full. Since then they will not respond to where the bike is at and when we call they keep pushing us off to some type of voicemail or someone else taking a message for Tobe the sales manager who refuses to get to the bottom of this and take care of it. We believe we have tracked it down into a sister company in Southern California but they said that they cannot release the bike until they get an authorization from Tobe who refuses to follow through on handling the situation.
    All we want is what we paid for which is the bike released to us or give us 100% of our money back ASAP and will go with a company who actually cares to do good business.

    Mr ********* is correct that he did purchase the Kawasaki *********** from us that was at our sister store. We have since refunded MR ********* in full and confirmed with him 8/29/22 that he has received his refund. He is proceeding to purchase the bike from them.
