  Horrible customer service at this location. My husband and I were interested in purchasing a slingshot. They pulled both of our credits a few days ago and we have yet to receive a response. We called today and spoke with Joseph who was the person who helped us out, he stated they were too busy to give us a response. I guess they don’t need our business and will take it somewhere else. What’s more upsetting , besides the waste of time is the fact that they run our credit for nothing. Very unprofessional and DO NOT recommend this place, go somewhere else that has more respect for a prospective client.

  6 months later and still no license plate for my polaris slingshot. One hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. Stay away from Ride Now powersports.

  
  

  Update: Resolved, maybe. It took 6 months to get my license plate due to Ride Now not knowing how to get it registere. I spent approximately 3 hours total at the DMV to get it squared away. I had to pay and submit to Ride Now a copy of my receipt to be reimbursed. It took 3 managers to finally get it done.

  Hello my name is Antonio ******* I took my bike in to get a back tire replaced on May 5th 2023 to Ride Now powersports at 6350 Boulder highway Las Vegas Nevada 89112 on May 4th 2023 I came into the establishment and asked him how much would it be to change a tire Brenda **** stated that it would be $200 plus tax I asked her what did that involve Brenda **** says they will take the old tire off replace the tire mounted balance it and write it to make sure that this tire was sufficient so I come in the next day with the tire Brenda says it'll be about a 2-hour service they call me back 6 hours later stay in the fact that they don't replace used tires on the bikes it must be a brand new tire and they probably couldn't get to my bike until the next day I told her that was insufficient where is the tire located at so I drove to one of their sister stores pick the tire up and drove back to Boulder highway Brenda **** could not figure out how to accept payment through zell so I left it ended up going to chase bank to get the money out when I returned my bike was sitting outside I assumed that I had were already worked on it and it was ready to go I paid my bill which was $211.24 and proceeded to leave with my bike Brenda asked me do you need any help putting your bike on the trailer I say no I'll write it up I stick the key in my ignition the bike starts up but it will not move clearly it works before I brought my bike into the shop she said they come to her attention that something's wrong clearly you never test drove my bike you just slap the tire on and called it a day it was the end of the business day and everyone was ready to leave so basically my bike was no concern to them I was very frustrated and so mad that I put my bike on the trailer and left and went back to California before I went to jail don't spend your money at this company they do not appreciate our black dollars
