      This dealership sold me a motorcycle without having the title and will not assist to remedy the issue and this is making me in violation of contract with my lender. It is illegal to sell a vehicle without a title at a dealership.

      I purchased a used *** on April 22 2022, I payed cash for the machine. I asked how long tell I get my title I was told that it could take up to 90 days. When 90 days went by started wondering where is my title so I called Ridenow and asked for titling and all I would get is a voice mail box that was full. I was persistent and twice i got to leave a message, No one called me back, then I called and asked for a manager. He said it could take 120 days and he would check into it and get back with me. Again no responce so I've waited 120 days and showed up at Ridenow on August 23 2022 wanting to talk to titling and couldn't speak to that person and talked to a sales person witch did check into it. Came back and told me it was sent to *** on the 19th of August. I find that weird as that date is just shy of 120 days. I feel that I'm getting the run around now there saying it could take Two to three weeks. Not good business, and I payed cash. Thanks *** *.

      9/1/2022 Per the General Manager...The title has already been processed and he will be receiving it any day now. I have called him just waiting for his return phone call.

      Intell I get my title I'm not happy with Ridenow! I did get the trail registration last week August 31st that was something I had to pay for. My thought is what good is it 4 months riding with no registration. I had purchased for a registration in **** as it is required to have it on the machine to be on there trail system. Still haven't seen the title yet. *** *.
