    My wife **************************** was a patient at this facility from Nov 23, 2923 until Dec 25 2023 when she passed away. ******** coverage ran out and the facility was insistent that I pay in advance. Starting 12 Dec there was a co-pay of $200 per day. I made two payments. One of $1,800 on the 13th and another of $1,800 on the 20th, for a total of $3600. She passed away on the 25 Dec. *******pay from the 12th to the 25th was $2,600. Thus I should have been refunded $1,000. I made numerous calls and even visited the facility. I never got any return call. I was told in early March that I did have a $1,000 credit and I would receive it when the business office closed out the month. I received nothing and got no response calling them on 10 April 2024. I sent a certified letter on 10 May 2024. I still have not gotten a response of any kind. I simply want to receive the credit due on my account.
