I have received an email back from cloud slides and they told me to return them to suite 313 at ************************************************************************.. they are requesting photos of the slides to prove I didn't wear them and they want me to send them a photo of the shipping label when I return them and the post office they were returned from.. my concern also is when I search that address online it looks like a storage unit or a building that just has empty units in it. So I'm wondering if it's even a legitimate place to return them to? I just am not sure what to do nextback and that I should just donate the slides... I keep requesting a legitimate address so that I can return them and get a refund.. although they have a ********* address, I don't trust that it really exists as their phone number does not take calls at this time. That's what I keep getting when I call.. I don't know if it's a scam company or what's going on but I've never had a situation like this where I just keep getting a runaround and that's why I'm afraid this is just a scam.. I don't know what to do next other than to contact you because they're just not cooperating.. I feel like they're just dragging me along until the 30-day return policy is in effect and then they'll tell me that it's been over 30 days.. told them that in emails to please stop trying to manipulate the situation and drag it out so that 30-day return policy is up.. please advise. I've attached copies of the email I received from Cloud Slides .. I also searched for the address and the only thing I could find was look like it was storage units or a storage facility.. so I emailed clouds once again trying to confirm that this was the correct location to return the slides and have not heard back from them.. I told them in my last email that I wanted to confirm that address because I didn't necessarily trust it.. when I looked it up on ****** maps again, it appears to be some type of storage facility.. I just feel like this whole thing has just been such a scam.. but they have not responded to my request to verify that this is actually a business where I am supposed to return the slides..Initial Complaint

Order two pairs of slides for my grandsons birthday on ********. They arrived ***************. Not only did they not fit they were extremely small. They were dirty like they had been worn and returned both pairs. I immediately emailed the company at the email address on my order requesting a shipping label so I could return the slides. I have since emailed the company a total of 12 times since Monday, 28 May looking for a shipping label today June 3 I wake up to an email saying that they are shipping the slides. On the original order, it says clogs rewards club free. I did not join or sign up for any sort of rewards club today. They have charged my ***** account an additional $29.99. For the rewards club.I went on the consumer site Reddit and there were at least 12 complaints regarding this additional fee, being taking out of consumers accounts without their authorization or signing up for any rewards. I disputed my original purchase price of $42.35 with my bank and I have also disputed the additional $29.99 that reflected today on my account.Initial Complaint

On 2/15 I order a pair of shark slides for my son in mens size 9. 3/2 slides were delivered but they were size 4. 3/3 contacted company via email about error. 3/6 I received an email with return instructions. 3/13 I paid shipping to return and so they would send a replacement. 3/31 received tracking info for replacement pair. 4/7 received the complete wrong pair of slides and contacted customer service via email again. 4/8 they emailed me and said they would send a replacement pair free of charge. 4/9 received confirmation email that I should receive tracking info in 1-3 business days. I have never received any other communication. I emailed them again 4/29 asking for tracking info. No response. I ordered 2 pairs of cloud slides on 4/11/25. It is order #*****. I have my packages delivered to my place of work. I work at a school. The school is open from 7:00 a.m until 3:00 p.m. The delivery driver texted me at 8:09 p.m. and said "I have your ***** package. Is this a school where do I leave it". I did not know it was coming through *****. I did not see his text until later before I went to bed. I asked him where did he leave it. He said "I am sorry as I didn't receive and answer in time I had to leave". I asked will he come back tomorrow. No response. I emailed support@Cloud. They said I had to contact the shipper. They gave me an email address and phone number that did not work. Today (5/1/25) I was sent an email that said they will send a request to the shipping company and get back to me shortly. I have not heard anything else from them. At this point and time, I just want a refund. My total was $79.89. I know it will probably be minus the shipping but I would like my money refunded back.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction: March 18th, 2025 Cost: $32.94 I never received a confirmation email for my Cloud Slides purchase so I reached out on March 29 to ask where the confirmation email was and what my order number was and I got a response from a "********" telling me the order number. The shoes arrived a few days later and they did not fit. I wrote back to "********" via ****************************************** and she said a bunch of things that felt like I was being catfished regarding keeping the shoes but getting other discounts, keeping the shoes for 50% refund, or sending the items back to an address in **********. Finally after I kept saying I just want to return them she stopped responding. I reached out via the Cloud Slides website to issue a return since I felt like I was being catfished in the other email exchange because it felt very fake and I can send those emails to you. April 12, 2025 I reached out to ************************************* to issue a return. I got an auto-reply but nothing further. Looking at their website it looks like the email address changed again to "support" instead of "contact". I emailed AGAIN from a different email address of mine on April 21, 2025 to issue a return because the shoes don't fit, and again, just an auto-reply and nothing else. I emailed "********" again THREE more times with no response. I want reimbursed for these shoes and I want to return them and I feel like this business is VERY shady and not helpful at all. I am now outside my 30-day return window and it's not fair to me when I have been proactively trying to contact Cloud Slides for the 30 days.The shoes are unworn, still in the bag, and they simply don't fit and are terribly uncomfortable- the toe portion feels like my toes are folded into a taco so I will not wear them and I would like the company to take accountability and accept my return or refund me. The order was placed on March 14, 2025 for 3 pairs of Cloud Slides for a total of $122.86 CAD. The order was delivered on March 26th, 2025. When the shoes were received they did not fit as expected. I contacted the company using the confirmation email that was provided to confirm the delivery of my order. I inform them that the shoes did not fit and I was seeking a refund. I received a reply from the company informing me that I should keep the cloud slides that I ordered and give them to family or a friend as a gift and I was offered an extra 50% discount on a new order as well as priority handing for free. I replied and informed them that the shoes are too narrow and, as they do not offer wide shoe/slide options, that I was not interested in a new order. I then asked again for information on how to process a return. The request was ignored and I received a reply asking me to place another order, tell them my order number, and I will be refunded 50% of my order and mark my order as priority processing. After this interaction, I attempted to call the company and the automated service informed me that they cannot accept the call and to write to them using the email on the website. I then emailed their contact email. I informed them that I would like to process a refund and receive information on how to complete this. In reply, I received the exact same automated reply - that I should keep the slides and order a new pair. In reply, I sent an email detailing my experience with the company thus far. I wrote that I was dissatisfied with their service and that, should my request for a refund be ignored again, I will be reporting the interaction to the Better Business Bureau and seek legal action to protect my rights as a consumer. In reply, I received an automated message asking how I can be helped. That is when I decided to file a complaint.Initial Complaint

I ordered the shoes and after trying them on they were uncomfortable. The company states on their site that they allow returns. So, I contacted the customer service first tried calling number on site but it was a recording telling customers to go online. Then via email and told them I would like to return. I received an email offering a 2nd pair in a different size for $9.99. I declined and said I don't want a second pair I want to return. I got a second response telling me it would be smarter for me to just gift the pair instead of returning. I responded again asking for the return address. No response. I sent another email asking to speak to supervisor. No response. I sent another email saying I was going to dispute charges and send to the address that the shoes came from.
