Ordered 2 hoodies on 12/09. Website commits to fast ******************* satisfaction guaranteed. I made the decision to purchase a Christmas present from this website based on the customer commitments made on the website needless to say the present never arrived for ***************** is no indication if it will ever arrive. AFTER my order was placed the website indicated delivery delays of **** business days. That time frame has exceeded & still no tracking information provided. At first the support team was responsive but the have gone silent and not responding for a little over a week. The website prides itself on service & high standards but it seems to be puffery & is very misleading based on my experience. I ordered 3 sweatshirts for a total of $85.34 on Dec 8th 2022. Order number ******. I emailed Dec ************************************************************************************* processing. I emailed again Dec 22 asking why they havent shipped, that they were Christmas presents and I was worried they would not be here in time. I was told they still were being processed and would be after Christmas. I sent another email Dec 28th asking for a refund, due to it being 3 weeks since I ordered and still no shipping information. I was told today that the company could not refund my money but they could still not give me a shipping date. They have had $85 of my money for 3 weeks and still can not tell me when they will ship. I ordered a hat online from www.printedkicks.com on Dec. 10, 2022. At the time of purchase the website indicated that delivery for hats would be 5 to 7 business days. After the 7 days and still not receiving shipping confirmation, I reached out by email. They promptly responded saying my order was in "production" and shipping for hats is 5 to 10 business days. I reached out again on the 10th business day after ordering at which time I stated I wanted a refund since clearly they took my money and did not send me the product ordered. They have fallen silent. I want a full refund based on the fact that the product has not been received and they have provided me with no information to say that has even been shipped.Business Response

Ordered a shirt as a Christmas gift on December 6th. Their website said 5 to 7 business days for shipping, it's December 21st and it has yet to be produced yet. I've emailed and messaged on ******** repeatedly. This is a Christmas gift that I will not have on Christmas. They changed the policy on their site, stopped replying to me and blocked me from messaging them on ********. This is unacceptable, I literally have to purchase another gift, and God knows if I'll ever get my order. I told them I want to cancel and get my money back, as they already charged me, but they refused. They need to refund me my money, since I never got the product. I ordered a shirt on 12/6/22 and was told that any orders placed by 12/10/22 will arrive by Christmas. I tried chatting with Printed Kicks (as they dont have a phone number you can call) and I received automated messages. Upon someone FINALLY answering, I was told my order was in production and cant change or cancel my order. I asked why its taking almost 20 days to print ONE shirt. Today is 12/21- no indication as to when this will ship. I was just told they would refund my shipping cost, but again- why so long to process ONE shirt?? Was also just told since this hasnt left the facility this wont arrive by Christmas. Beyond annoyed and frustrated with this company.Initial Complaint

I placed two orders on December 5, 2022. Theyre Christmas gifts. I have yet to see any status on my orders. No shipping, nothing. I cannot call them because they dont have a phone number listed anywhere. I have sent several email and zero responses. *** asked them in my emails to change the delivery address because we will not be here now since its taking so long. I ordered a shirt through printed kicks on 7/4/2022. It was $31.79. I received it on 7/12/2022 It did not fit. I emailed them on 8/9/2022 after I sent them a message through there site shortly after I received the shirt. Then I would say couple weeks after my last email I sent them another message through their site. I am sorry I don't have the dates from the messages I sent them through the site. I can't find record. I can't find a phone number to contact them either. At this point I just want my money back. After the four attempts I made to reach them to get a change in size I am done.Business Response

I just received a T-shirt from this company. The quality of the shirt was unacceptable. The sleeve was completely not sewn correctly and tattered.

I placed an order on their website and they estimated 14 days to ship. After an extended period of time I reached out and received either no responses on some type of "general COVID" excuse that shouldn't be affecting a company that states they make all of their products in the U.S.
They stated their policy is you can't cancel an order after 12hrs from when it is placed - but they didn't ship me the order for months, therefore the order was NOT in-process or done.
As you can see from the email chain, I had to threaten them multiple times to simply get a refund. They didn't give me a full refund, but only a partial - I want the remaining $22.41 credited back to my credit card for the full return. The merchandise was not customized and I shipped it back to them in new condition, therefore they were able to resale it.
I also do not believe they actually make their products in the U.S. based on their lead time, but that's another complaint I plan to make to the BBB in ********.Business Response

This order has been refunded in full. We made an exception and refunded the shipping cost as well. There was no need to return the merchandise, as we donate it. Our policy states that orders cannot be cancelled after 12 hours, because your order IS on the production line and cannot be pulled. We have been in communication with this customer several times explaining the policy and requesting a photo of the defect.
