I ordered a product from Printedkicks online. My order number is ******. I received an email from them that stated my order was excepted. I waited a week and checked my order status, and nothing was updated. I attempted to email them on 4 occasions, and I got no response. I now have done some research online and found that numerous people have filed complaints on this business for scamming them out of their money. I called their phone number and it does not forward you to a real person, just a recording that you won a ******* Card. I realize that I will not get reimbursed my money, but I hope BBB can take their website down to prevent future scams.Initial Complaint

I ordered a hat from this company and I never received the merchandise.The email correspondence says its in production and I will receive a ship date soon.It is already 15 days passed the guaranteed ship date.I asked for a refund and was told it will ship soon but no response to a refund.I called the number for the company and the person who answered tried to give a $100 voucher for another order if I spend $100.I asked for customer service and he said the number had changed.He gave me another number to call and that number went to a life insurance company. I placed an order on December 17th for 2 shirts for $76. When i placed the order the website said it would be 3-7 business days which was fine. However i never received any updates about when it had shipped or if it shipped at all. I have emailed in multiple times and still getting the same default answer that my order is in production and each shirt is custom printed. Well my order still says its in production and i still have not received any indication of shipping. There is no phone number so you can not call anyone. I wanted to cancel my order but they said that they dont cancel orders once placed. I am not going to pay for items i did not receive. I want a full refund. This is bad business and bad customer service. My order number is ******. I am hoping this will reach them and i can get my money back since i did not receive the items.Initial Complaint

December 12, 2022 I placed my order on line paid ***** at the time the website stated items ship in 5-7 business days on December 19 I reached out via email considering the website has an order number search bar however it will not work unless you have the tracking number, they stated my item was in production so I again visited the online shop to find they had changed ship times to **** days I reached out again December 28th and the response was to blame shipping delays due to weather issues Today is business day 16 or 17?Initial Complaint

Orders placed on 12/9/22 and 12/14/22 for tshirts and a decal. The items have not even shipped yet and all I get from CS via email and ******** messenger are auto generated with no helpful information at all, other than blaming the weather in ******** 2 weeks ago. I ordered a shirt and *** said it was delivered but it was not delivered to my house. It must have been delivered to the wrong house. I cannot start a claim with *** and Printed kicks won't help me at all. They said it says it was delivered but I never received it. They don't want to work with me at all to try to help me. I purchased a t-shirt on the 8th of December. The website stated at the time that it might take a few weeks to be sent. On the 22nd, I reached out to the company via email inquiring about the item. A response was quickly received stating that the shirt had gone into Production. They said it would be sent soon. I waited another 6 days before reaching out to request as refund and it was denied due to the shirt being in Production once again. I have not received a response back from the company after requesting a refund or an email notification for shipping. This truly is not the way to conduct business especially during the holidays when people are purchasing gifts for their loved ones.
