      Order number ****** I ordered two shirts in mid December as a Christmas gift for my fiance and never received these items. They charged my card but never sent the items. I have a feeling that I will never get these two shirts and would like to be refunded for these items. I have emailed 5 times to ask if there was an update on my order and the first couple times they responded saying they were still working on the order since it's custom made, but since then I have received no response.

      Places two orders one for ***** and one for *****. Have reached out to the business by email and their Instagram account. Got one generic reply about checking the website but the website is no longer available. I got order confirmations on both orders back in January but have not received any emails about my order and the business has not responded to my emails about my order or requesting a refund.

      On 12-24-22 I placed an online order with company called Printed Kicks . The Order number is ******. My card was charged $85.36. I have attempted numerous times to contact the company with no response now the website is not even there online.

      I ordered two shirts at the beginning on December 2022 for my husband and son for Christmas. The shirts never arrived! When I emailed to complain they said their system had an error and has caused the migration of the orders to our manufacturer's system to fail which was beyond our control.Therefore, I asked for my money back. It is now March 2023 and I have not heard anything more. They have not returned my money or delivered the shirts.

      I ordered one sweatshirt from Printed Kicks on December 22nd, 2022. The order number that was provided is #******. To note, I am writing you on March 10th, 2023 and still have not received my order and e-mails to their customer support team fall into a black hole. Their customer support e-mail, per their website, is ****************************** As of now I just would like for them to cancel my order and issue me a refund. Here is a timing log of my e-mail communications to them and documented in my "sent" box;January 12th - Asked Printed Kicks for a status of my order. I received what appears to be a auto-generated response to "Please see if your questions are answered by the FAQs below. If no tracking number is listed, then your order may not have shipped yet, but it's in production and will be shipped soon". There was no shipping number which at the time was understandable. It was around the Holidays and I had only ordered a few weeks prior.February 7th - Asked them again for a status of my order. They have not responded.February 13th - Asked them again for a status of my order. They have not responded.March 3rd - Asked them to please cancel the order and provide me a refund. They have not responded.At this point I just want my money back. Based on all the negative feedback and number of complaints I have read, I am amazed that these people are still allowed to operate. At this point I feel like they just stole my money to fund their operation and this is not ok.

      I ordered a hoodie on Dec 25 2022 I still have not received the item. I contacted the company to get a delivery update and given an excuse about " supply issues" and asked to be patient. It is now Mar ********* have contacted this company 4 more times and they haven't responded to ANY of these e-mails. I have demanded a refund and gotten NO response from them at all. The order # is ******.

      Ordered 2 shirts from printed kicks on 12-10-22 for total of 69.00$. The site said ships 5-7 days. I have not received items or any communication from printed kicks. Have sent them messages with no response. Order number ******. These were to be Christmas gifts. At this point I would like to be refunded. Appears to be minimal paths to communicate with them.

      I ordered 2 hoodies and 1 long sleeve shirt costing almost $100 on December 9, 2022. I never received anything other than a confirmation of the orders. I emailed Printed Kicks numerous times asking for tracking information. They would not respond in person only an automated response. Thats pretty crappy to take a half a days wages from someone and not even respond. After 3 months I have ceased trying, but I would like to have my money back.

      Ordered shirt Dec 14 as Christmas gift. Shirt still not ************** not responsive. Want shirt or refund.
