      They deserve no stars, and i wish i would have looked here first. They pride on USA made and being a patriotic company. I like to support small business, especially veterans and made in the USA. THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM HOWEVER. there is no customer service, only automated messages , and then when you find other ways to contact them they will ghost you. I have no filed a complaint here, a charge back on my credit card used to purchase and also will be marking them as spam and reporting their profile on all social media networks. I found them on a AD via social media and its clear after reading below they are just preying on people and taking the money and run.

      I placed an order on December 22. They were fast to take my money. Have sent multiple emails and I did receive an email back stating it was still in production. I have requested a refund and have had no luck with that! They need to red flag this site. It has to be a scam!

      I ordered to ball caps on Dec 15 th today is February 2nd and still no package. I have sent emails and and was told to be patient. Money was taken from my credit card . This is wrong now i cant even get a phone call back or an update. I want my money back that was taken.

      I have two orders that I placed in early Dec that I received your email confirmation for on 12/14. I have not received the products or any tracking info either. The order numbers are 938674 and 938670. I emailed your customer support in early January and your support desk emailed and told me to be patient that the orders were in process. I emailed again last week and have not receive a response. Can you please give me a status on when I can expect the products I ordered? Respectfully, Dan

      Ordered a sweatshirt for my son in early December. On December 12th they acknowledged the order (no order number was provided). I’ve been charged for the shirt but no updates, no acknowledgment, no apologies, have been offered. What a horrible way to do business!! I want my money back ASAP!!!

      I ordered three shirts December 17, 2022. I contacted them when they did not arrive two weeks later . They said it was delayed. I tried contacting them again approximately 2 weeks later and have not received any response. They are ignoring their customers on purpose. They sent sales ads every day the month of December but no ads or responses have been sent to my email since I sent them a question about receiving the products I ordered. Did they decide to not send any notices or ads to the customers they have failed or have they folded without any further notice? It would help to know what the current situation is. This is unfair treatment with a complete disregard for the emotional and mental welfare of paying customers . They should be honest instead of refusing to communicate with us.

      Same thing happened to me. Ordered a hat on 12/20/22, and still no tracking, several emails, and have recieved 2 back that wasn't automated saying rest assure we are keeping track of your order, blah blah blah, same story as everyone else on here. People are absolutely ridiculous life is tough for most everyone, why do you need to steal from a person working their butt off and giving them business. Ugh 0 stars. And today is 1/24/23, no hat still

      Zero starts if I was able. Terrible. Late on the item. I knew it was poor timing on my part so I gave it extra time. (Supposed to be a Christmas… Eventually I requested they cancel it, and they said it’s running late. Someone named Aileen. At least I got a response... A few weeks later, I asked for an update. Never heard back. Now again, requested an update for the 3rd time. No response. The one shirt my husband ordered (that actually arrived and was also late) has been washed 3x and all the lettering is falling off. We didn’t ask for any refund. They won’t respond to my order because they want me to keep waiting and not cancel. They claim to be an American, family owned and conservative company however I have felt none of the above. So far it’s been terrible customer service and product that appears as made in China. I’m extremely disappointed. Buyer beware. If the owner of the company would like to address my concerns my email(s) is/are in there inbox . (With no response) I don’t think they’ll bother responding. SMH. So help me God if they charge my credit card I will raise hell. Very very very disappointed. Thought our views aligned but I would never treat a customer the way they have treated me.
