      I ordered one mug and one flag July 29th. I used a discount code after realizing it was available. Went back and canceled my and used discount code but still sent two mugs after numerous attempts to cancel and no response. After receiving mugs opened one up and am very disappointed in quality. Need to return both. No response for days now. Very ****** and I still have flag on way. I've been sending mail day one about orders and nothing.. order #s on mugs ******,****** need return.. I've bought shirts with no problems from here before..NEED HELP

      Embroidery on actual hat is is lower quality that what is pictured on site. Returns are a pain. You can't get money back, just a credit, and they take off a $5 restock fee plus all the shipping.

      If you feel you have a defective hat, please send us a photo so we can share this with our production team and try and get you a replacement.

      I ordered 3 shirts from this company, and right after making the purchase found that they are going to the wrong address. Right away I emailed and Facebook messaged them about the issues, and was told via messenger that the address was corrected. No response to email. Got an email today from ups showing it is going to the wrong address. They did not respond to email or messenger. Going to call my credit card company and cancel the payment. Like there products, but not sure about their values....

I did reach out to you and let you know that the address was changed to the updated one you sent, however, when the order transferred to our production facility the address change did not go through. I have another order for you in production now. You will receive another email with your tracking number. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.       I'm only giving them 1 star because I have to give them something. I place order for a hat it was shipped to the wrong address. ( That was my fault ) I have emailed them 4 times regarding re-shipping it. Have not heard anything from them. Going to call my credit card company and cancel the payment. I really liked what they stood for any their merchandise, but unfortunately I will not be buying anything from them, and I will pass along my experience with them to my friends.

We responded right back to you with instruction on how to pay the reshipping fee to get this order back out to you. I have attached the link below, just in case.
