      I placed an order on December 12, 2022 as a Christmas present. I emailed them on December 17th, 2022 regarding my shipping as no details were provided. I received an emailed two days later that my product was in production and I would receive an email with tracking once it has shipped. It is now January 3, 2023 and I have not received a response from my email asking for a refund that was sent to them on January 1, 2023. They should be ashamed taking people's money and not following through with shipping their order or giving them a refund!

      Took my money never sent my shirt! Ordered dec6 and never got a shipping label or tracking number. Keep getting generic responses on fb messenger which is the only place I could find to inform them I haven't gotten anything.

      If I could give them no stars, I would! I placed Order #935559, on December Friday December 9, 2022, in hopes that I would get the items for Christmas. These were NOT special orders, just a few stickers and a T-shirt. I received a notification immediately that they had received my order. I then waited the allotted time period 14 business days and began emailing them. First off they charged me a PA tax for clothing...there is no tax on clothing in PA and after three emails they still have not responded.
      I then began looking at reviews and was mad at myself for not looking at reviews in the first place.
      DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

      TOTAL SCAM!!! I would rather give this company no stars!
      Placed an order on 12/12 for a Christmas present and the order has not been shipped yet! Told them via email to cancel the order and refund my money because I'm going to have to buy another present now. I was told they only allow cancellation with 12 hours of placing the order. I don't think that's even legal!! I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Live and learn!

      I placed an order for 2 hoodies for my 2 sons and realized about 2 hours after I paid I accidentally clicked on the wrong size for one of them. I sent an email to them and they got back to me very quickly and thankfully was able to make the change for me and I was so grateful! Their customer service is amazing!!!! This definitely won’t be the last order from me. I’m a very happy customer for sure!

      Placed an order for Christmas on 12/7. It is now 9 days letter and no tracking information. I have sent 3 emails to get a status and have heard nothing. So disappointed. There is zero customer service. Opening up a dispute via PayPal to get refunded the $42 I spent.

      Horrible. I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for 3 hats in stock. When you tack the package it kicks you to the UPS tracking site which gives you no information whatsoever. I have sent four emails to Printed Kicks and not one has been answered. So fed up!!!

      Basically the cancelation policy says within 12 hours, I emailed about an hour after I ordered. As I wanted a refund. How can you say cancel within 12 hours if I can’t even get a response via email in 12 hours? I would like a full refund on Visa/Cashapp.

      My son ordered a hat on Oct. 20 (order ******) and was unsatisfied with the quality. The item he received was not as advertised and of poor quality (not at all representing back the blue). He emailed a request for a full refund and free return shipping on Oct. 25, but has not heard back. Using the order number provided above, please respond and reconcile the order. We should not have to file a BBB complaint to get a response.
