      I purchased 6 items from Shapermint. The checkout amount $134.98. A few days later, my CC was debited for $166.97. I contacted Shapermint via email, and was informed that the company sent me a 2pc bonus Cami set for $31.98, (which I did not ordered). I also received an item in the wrong color, wrong size and 2 items were missing from the order. I emailed Shapermint about the problems (charged for item I did not order, wrong color/size of items and missing items). As good customer relations, Shapermint should have sent me an email notifying me of out of stock items. I sent multiple emails attempting to rectify thes issues and was finally offered replacement items with 2 tracking numbers. I was told to keep or discard wrong items as a courtesy from Shapermint. I tracked the order from the shipping company and discovered that Shapermint had not created a shipping label to ship the items from their warehouse. I again started a series of emails to Shapermint and was informed that the items appeared to be lost in transit, and that replacements would be shipped out to me. I finally received a package for 3 additional Camis (no replacement of missing items, or replacement of wrong color and size and wrong item sent). I again sent emails hoping to rectify the problem. I was informed that the missing items are backordered and expected to be sent out in 2-3 weeks. I repeatedly requested a return shipping label, and once again, I was offered a discount and replacement items, which I emphatically refused. I am frustrated with this company, and their business practices. I am again requesting that Shapermint issue a return label and credit my credit card for a refund. This is not a company that I want to continue doing business with.

      The label was never "re-sent" at any time. I have been inquiring about a prepaid label on several occasions. The label is not in my spam folder. This is the reason why I contacted BBB. I am still waiting for the label to arrive via my email.

      Shapermint sent a link within the body of BBB Complaint form. The link that should supply a return label doesn't work and can't be opened. Shapermint needs to find another way to send a return label. Perhaps a label can be sent through regular mail.

      On August 4, 2022 at 11.28AM I bought from Shapermint a bra and shipping, and I pay with ******, immediately I review my payment and it change to $94.00USDlls. they charge me another three pieces without my consent not that I wanted them, I immediately found the phone and call them because the email with the order # **********, said that it had to be canceled within an hour, so I call (***)******* and they put me on hold and said that 2 people where ahead of me, immediately 4 people were ahead of me, and then after five minutes of wait the phone disconnected. So I started the Chat that I upload and the person said as you can read in the chat that she was unable to find that order number, and then at night after my work I started again the chat and the person Alexa told me that the cancelation is only within the hour, first of all I never order this, then I try to cancel within the hour this people add to the order wherever they want and charge it and then when I tried to canceled they refuse, this is a scam, and I have lost hours in this, I do not want any merchandise from this kind of vendor; returned my money and cancel the order.

      I placed an order 6/22/22 online for goods and the website states estimated delivery of 6-8 days. They have since sent multiple tracking numbers, none of them work. I have sent emails and attempted correspondence with their online chat system for resolution/ refund to no avail they just respond with that they have high order numbers and are working on it. I would like a refund as this has been over a month.
