      I placed an order with Shapermint that could not be fulfilled. I promised a "coupon credit". It took a lot of emails back and forth with customer service and finally received the coupon credit code today. I tried to use it to purchase an item and it said "code invalid". I double checked to make sure I placed the order as they instructed and I did. Tried again to use the code and was informed the code had already been used. BUT THE FIRST TRY IT DID NOT TAKE!!!

      I ordered merchandise that was not what I expected. The Item was sent back and I never was refunded my purchase price. They also signed me up for a club membership that I did not ask for and are charging me $4.99 a month since January. I would like all money charged refunded and this club membership cancelled.

      July 2, 2025 I placed an order with Shapermint in the amount of $75.72. I never received any notification of the item(s) ordered were out of stock. I did an inquiry with Shapermint to see about the order and was told in several emails back and forth that my money cant or wont be refunded. What a scam that I am out this much money with nothing to show for it. They did offer me a store credit. Why wouldnt want a store credit if they dont have anything I want? And the credit is only good for 2 months.I simply want my money returned to the original form of payment.

      Shapermint has been charging me a monthly fee of $4.99 from 01/09/2025 to 07/09/2025. Though I have ordered items from this company, I did not sign up for membership for this company. I have filed a dispute with the Shapermint company and with my credit card company for the last charge or $4.99. The business indicated free shipping when I ordered from them, but I did agree to having a club membership for the free shipping. Why would I sign up for a membership (going on 7 months) that would equal my free shipping? Does not make sense. The company did not notify me prior to each transaction that it was charging me the monthly fee as I would have cancelled immediately. Now I am having difficult cancelling the membership online at its website. I want a refund for all monthly charges.

      Some time ago, I purchased a piece of clothing directly from their website, but used my Amazon charge card to make the purchase. They subsequently charged the same account in the amount of $4.99. I complained and they stopped. Recently, I made another purchase, this time directly through ****** and again, using my Amazon charge card. Again, they began charging $4.99 to my ****** charge account. The email addresses I used previously come back to me as undeliverable. I just want them to STOP charging me $4.99 monthly when I have not purchased anything. I have no intention of purchasing their products ever again.

      I ordered 3 items on July 11 and as sent a message on Tuesday, July 14 (see previously attached email) that I could reorder and the out-of-stock item (Shapermint Essentials All Day Every Day Tank-Beige 2XL) could be reordered in RoseTan/2XL) could be reordered shipped within 48 hours and that I would receive 20% bonus amount off the out of stock item There was no coupon sent or information on how to reorder the out of stock item (see above). I attempted to contact a customer service representative and the message program was not helpful and would not transfer my call to a live representative. There is as no way to reorder (and have it shipped in 48 hours) or get 20% off the order Please help

      On Saturday July 12th, I ordered from Shapermint and paid for expedited shipping so that I could get the items by the following Saturday.I checked Monday, Tuesday and by Wednesday when I saw that the item was not processed and not shipped, I contacted them to cancel the order. I was told that one of the items was backordered and that it why they did not get processed or shipped. When I ordered the item, it was not listed as backordered, otherwise I never would have placed the order since I needed them right away. I told them to cancel it because I did not need them anymore. They refuse to cancel and give me a refund.

      I purchased a few items in December of 2024. They did not fit correctly. I tried many, many times to speak with someone, finally via a chat box, I was able to get the refund.But, I then saw they charged me 4.99. I have tried multiple times to get a hold of someone, and I cannot even speak with a chat box because it does not have a human it only has multiple-choice questions to answer.this has been happening since December 2024.       Ordered merchandise and returned the merchandise and have not received a refund (******). Contacted ****** and they have no record of Shapermint issuing a refund. Received an email from vendor on 7/10 stating that the refund had been issued. It is 7/15 and cannot get in contact with the vendor.
