    On February 03, 2025 I ordered a pair of magnetic bridge clip-ons for my prescription Oakley frames. The website offered free shipping and 3 to 4 weeks for delivery it has been almost eight weeks and I have requested order information on two separate occasions and have never received a response. The website looks professional, they ask all the appropriate questions to get the right fit. I was really looking forward to getting these to assist in night driving but I still don't have them... am I ever going to get them?!? Like others have said, I understand delays but to not have any communication with your customers... I would like some answers, the clip-ons or my money back!! Preferably the clip-ons!!!!***** *******

    I purchased a magnetic clip on for my glasses on 12 Feb 2025. I was told there were be a 3-4 week wait for shipping. After 4 weeks I used the contact form on the website (cliponexpress.com) and requested an update. A few days before today (26 Mar 2025) I filled out another form on their website and got no response. It has been well over 6 weeks at this point and not only do I not have my product, I have gotten no update or response about the product from the company.

    Purchased a pair of 3DClips - Custom Clip On Sunglasses For Oakley OX3218 (Socket 5.5) for my progressive glasses on 7 February 2025 with express shipping purchased and an estimated 7-14 days per the business website. Understanding the 3-4 week turnaround for making the item, I reached out to the company through their site for a status update in late February with no response. I requested update again on 19 March 2025 with still no response from the company. My credit card was charged with the initial purchase for $48 on 7 February.

    Ordered clip on sunglasses on 07Jan25. got an email saying my order was complete and being shipped on 07Feb25. the tracking # provided has never been updated beyond saying the label has been created. I contacted them multiple times, and eventually got a response saying the tracking info will be updated. But there have been no changes. I have repeatedly reached out to them for status updates but no response from them since the initial one mentioned above.

    I purchased a set of sunglasses from the website on December 14th. Company quotes 3-4 weeks for shipping but do not state how long it will take to process the item. I contacted them through their online inquiry form at the 4 week **** and never got a reply. It is now 2/11/25 going on 9 weeks and have not received any further communications about my order. I reached out to them again and still havent heard back.

    I received an email on march 17th from the company showing the updated status of my item as shipped. However, the tracking number provided shows that they have still not handed the item to the carrier, just simply created a label.
