My order (#*****) for 3DClips - Custom Clip On Sunglasses For Kliik K-746 spring bridge dark gray polarized clip-on sunglasses was placed on November 29, 2024 and has been showing the status of Processing ever since. They offered "Free Shipping - 3 to 4 Weeks" and it's been over six weeks at this point.I've submitted contact forms requesting a status update, but all have gone unanswered. I ordered a pair of clip-on sunglasses for my regular glasses Oct. 22, 2024, using Clip On Express' online ordering system. That resulted in a checkout receipt with order number and details concerning specs for my clip-ons. The company made a point of informing customers that production and delivery would take 3-4 weeks. At the three-week **** I filled in an online chat box with the company asking how things were coming with the order. I never received a response. At that point I did an online check and discovered that many complaints had been filed against Clip On Express with your organization. I waited until the four-week **** had passed and then called the company using a number from its Terms and Conditions contract; I was forced to use a voicemail system to register my complaint and order number. I followed that up with another chat box inquiry. I did not get a reply to either of those. It has now been four weeks and six days and nothing has been delivered to me from Clip On Express, and no attempt has been made to contact me.Business Response

My wife, ***** ********, ordered two clip-on shades to be made by Clip On Express on July 30, 2024. We paid by using a **** credit card and the transaction was authorized on July 31, 2024.We expected to receive the two clip-on shades after 30 days which would put that to August 31.We waited a while longer, but after the first week in September, my wife has attempted to find out what's going on with her order by contacting Clip On Express via phone and by the email on their website. Neither time was she successful at reaching someone nor has she gotten any sort of reply.I have disputed the transaction via *************** who issued us the credit card.Ideally, we would like to receive the clip on shades that my wife ordered.Ironically, we are a repeat customer. She had ordered clip on shades from Clip On Express in the past and while that order came late, it did actually get to her.I see from the complaint history on the Better Business Bureau's website re: Clip On Express that this has happened to other customers -- i.e., not receiving product in a timely manner and not being able to contact anyone.We are hoping that Clip On Express send my wife the two clip on shades she ordered.
