    I emailed the company to cancel my subscription. They confirmed via email the subscription was canceled. I did place a separate order for bars and another flavor but received an additional two other orders. I’ve asked for a refund, and again asked to cancel my subscription. Customer Service would not give me a refund. I received another confirmation for yet an additional order. Customer Service acknowledged that order saying indeed, the subscription was still not canceled. It would not give me a refund. This is a total of $135.00 unapproved charges on my credit card.

    I ordered from Truvani to get unsweetened protein powder. They had a pop up at the end of their shopping that for 99 i could get two protein packets. I assumed that would make my entire order 99 and i would have 2 unsweetened protein packets. I even changed the picture from the chocolate to the unsweetened because I'm allergic to vanilla and their chocolate had vanilla in it. There was no way to cancel the order so I contacted them immediately to ask them to cancel and they still shipped. I just called after seeing it ship and they said I would have to pay to send it back this is horribly misleading pop up that you can't change or double check. I would like to cancel the entire order and never do business with such an illegitimate company. I have never had an issue like this again.

    Horrible company. I placed the order in July and it never arrived. I reached out to customer service and they promised a refund but never refunded. Stay away!

    I ordered from this company back in July and they took my payment but I have NEVER received my product. They said they oversold their products and having real problems filling orders. Instead of a full refund they only offered 20%. This company sounds like a scam.

    In the age of online ordering this is the worst experience I have ever had. Placed an order 2 wks ago and have no idea what's going on but of course they've taken the money out of my account. It takes days to get a response from customer service yet they're still steady posting their products online while the productwas apparentlyback ordered. No email to let customers know. This was my first order from them and will be my last. Once I finally got a response I asked for a refund. Three days later I'm told it's too late for a refund because it's packed for shipping. It's ridiculous.

    So disappointed in this company. I placed two separate orders and the first one took 4 weeks to arrive. It only shipped after multiple emails to customer service and letting them know I was moving on to another company. The second order (I placed the same day as the first) still has not arrived and it’s been 6 weeks. They haven’t even dropped the items at the carrier. The first order was part of a first time deal and the “free gifts” were so cheap and low quality I was in disbelief. I trusted the company because it should be top of the line because of “Food Babe.” If they are cutting corners and sourcing products cheaply, I don’t trust they aren’t doing the same with their ingredients. Will absolutely not be supporting them any longer nor recommending them to my patients.

    I purchased the vanilla chai and did not like the flavor. I wanted to exchange for another flavor. Even though they have a money back guarantee they would only refund me 25.00 and to purchase again would be 50,00. How is that a money back guarantee. They lost me as a customer

    They take your money before shipping. No other com0any does this.
    My auto order was 2/29/24. My order has still not shipped 13 days later.. Customer service hasn't responded to my emails and the main phone number goes no where. This company needs to be criminally investigated.
