      Horrible front office and scheduling dept. Wait times are over an hour. We have been dealing with this Medicare approved service for over a year.. which means your taxes are paying for their services. Calls go unanswered. The state of Nevada tge clark county health district needs to audit their administrative procedures. But I’m sure even these poor rating to BBB will go unanswered and lack of follow up.

      The location on Flamingo got approval in Dec 2022 for my back here it is Feb 13, 2023 and I still HAVE NOT gotten treatment or ablation. Now I have pain on my left side and they got approval for that too and no appt yet. Deserai in scheduling is the worst rep ever. She has no empathy at all. She doesnt return calls for a week .......I will be searching for some other pain center to handle my needs. I cant keep going to the ER! This is elder abuse.

      Worst place ever! ***** pressuring to either do a procedure of 8 shots in my back or see him monthly for opioids and urine test! Bad attitude. Impossible to get assistance on the phone, left tons of voicemails with no response from MA. Its a Catch 22, cuz I cant see anybody else with ******** plan! The orthopedics I see for everything else but my back are fantastic! Dealing with them only inflicts more painUGH!!
