This is the name of the store front for the skin care products Sericin +. I was recently staying at Planet *****, the weekend of 9/23/22. I took a walk through the Miracle Miles **** and was lured into the store by a girl handing out skin care samples. She called a sales rep out to assist me. He said he had a flight to catch but would still be able to help me. He quickly put eye cream under my eye insisting that I would never need any Botox. At 57 years old, I was the perfect candidate for their sales pitch. It seemed to smooth out the wrinkles under my eye. I started to believe in their sales pitch. He said you would only need to use this product every 6 months. So for $300, I would have the eye product along with 2 other products. What confused me was he kept changing the price. All sales reps were haggling with the customers. Everyone was paying a different price. I fell for the moment and spend $325 for all 3 products. As soon as I left the store, my gut kept telling me something was not right about this store. I went back to my room and researched them online. I read the same story over and over again. Many customers were met with the story of "I have to catch a plane". I felt sick to my stomach. All reviews were in vacation areas like ****************** and in Wakiki. This way people don't realize they were conned until they are already home. I felt ill. I went back the next morning to the store to try and get my money back. The sales rep had not flown anywhere. We got a refund but not until we told them that we would be reporting them. He finally gave us a refund. Makes me upset that top notch hotels in Vegas would allow this kind of business. The parent company tells people that these are individually owned stores and they don't make the prices. No one is accountable. They target vacation areas. Beware of Sericin and Forever Flawless. If the product was so wonderful, there would be set prices and no haggling. Why is this allowed
