    This is nothing but a scam company. I bought the $200 mystery box and got the $20 extra shipping to get it faster and still have yet to see my package. When I reach out to their customer support they are absolutely no help and just tell you the same thing over and over. This whole ordering process has been an absolute waste of time and money.

    Had a DHC subscription, received an email sept 20 saying my order shipped. Kept checking the tracking and it never changed just continued to say the label was printed and **** was waiting for the package. So October 20 comes around and Ive emailed customer service twice. Finally get a response. Basically saying sorry you didnt get it but we shipped it. They promised theyd reship it. Meanwhile October 20 i get an email saying my October box shipped. I wait another 7 days and the tracking says the same. Waiting for the package. Its Nov 5 and it still says that. My order history in my dhc account says fulfilled next to those ordersreally? Because they never left the warehouse. Ive sent multiple emails and received no response i just want my money back. I canceled my subscription and i wont be back but i want my money back from The two boxes i paid for and didnt receive.

    Ignoring all my emails sent me the wrong items after telling me everything was in stock took 3 weeks just to get here in front of my doorstep

    Same experience for me. Ordered 3 weeks ago and status still says "unfulfilled" meaning they haven't done a thing.I'll be contesting the credit card charge to get my money back and suggest everyone else do the same since I think the time period to do so is 60 days with the credit card companies.Do not recommend at all.They must be smoking too much product to send out orders form their garage door inventory.Hard pass in the future!

    They completely failed to ship my products and I had to go to my bank because they wouldn't even process my refund. I shouldn't have to take LEGAL action just to get my money back.

    This company is pathetic. I placed an order totaling $106 on April 15. A month later after trying multiple times to contact the company, I received part of my order, the monthly subscription box. The main piece was shattered. DHC would not respond to my requests for a replacement or refund. I had to file a dispute with my bank at the beginning of June, as I had still not received the bulk of my order. The day my bank contacted DHC, I got a shipping notification. 10 days later, I received a severely damaged, partially opened box that USPS had stamped "damaged when received". Almost everything in the box was broken. DHC likes to blame USPS for damages, but funny how other companies don't have this issue. Apparently DHC didn't realize USPS records when packages are damaged upon receipt, and stamps them so the recipient knows who is to blame. DHC may respond once, a week or 2 after the initial contact, and provide a plethora excuses to explain the delays in shipping, but ignore all attempts to make contact after. You have to file a dispute or submit a complaint with BBB if you want your money back for the order you didn't receive or received broken. They will scam customers every chance they get. I don't know how they are still in business. It is almost like it is some teenager buying **** on Amazon and reselling it from his mom's basement. Also, they will retaliate if you want a refund or threaten to dispute charges by intentionally sending you broken/damaged items. Their business practices are repugnant and unlawful to say the very least. I just received my refund earlier this week, which is over 3 months since I placed my order, and I had to dispute the charge and file a complaint to get it. MAKE SURE TO SAVE ALL EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE, YOUR ORDER CONF/RECEIPT AND TAKE PICTURES. THEY ARE HOPING YOU JUST FORGET OR JUST LET IT GO SO THEY CAN STEAL YOUR MONEY. There are legitimate companies who sell the same products. PLEASE DON'T LET THEM SCAM ANYONE ELSE!!!

    Made an order over 2 weeks ago and still waiting for an AT LEAST an update to show they care lol. Now I'm hoping I don't have to wait all this time just for it show up broken by reading the other reviews, Folks keep your money or go to hemper

    Order a 2 items and received only one. Email says products are shipped in two separate boxes it's the estimated delivery day (September 2nd) and still no package.
