    This website is so disappointing, I've ordered 11 days ago (even though processing should only take 10 days) and only received one of my 4 items and haven't had any updates on my other items since I just want a refund now.

    Glad I'm not the only having issues with DHC, not saying it's a great thing either but it felt like I solely was the only one going through this situation since i kept seeing them announce mew boxes and influencers keep getting their boxes and keep promoting and that is what made me want to buy from DHC. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt that due to their warehouse move they are having delays but after reading so many reviews about mail fraud, having influencers who promote DHC lie and not respond to their viewers when asked the same questions about delivery in their YouTube comments, in my case I have emailed them about 10 times and only got 1 response from their support team and that was about 3 weeks ago, last email i sent was about a week ago after a month passing ** my package still not arriving, I have even texted them on Instagram like about 6 or 7 times now which they have started leaving me on seen now after multiple times telling me they reached out to their support team to get back to me 4 times, crazy how this is all happening literally me thinking would get my product within 2 weeks, i laugh at the situation sometimes but really annoyed now that I haven't gotten an eta on my order at all and they are holding me from seshing out mannnn : (

    As of now I am rating this company as a single star. Ordered on august 3rd, emailed a few times asking when will they will ship it out, and no response each time. Gonna reach out to my bank and hopefully get a refund.

    DHC was perfectly legitimate with me in dealings for a long while. However they have taken my $50 and given me nothing. They have not shipped my order in well over a month. I have filed numerous complaints and have been given nothing. today marks 1 month and 1 day with no attempt to ship my order or refund me.

    DHC sent me a cracked item and i been trying to email them for a return and exchange or refund and haven't heard back from them. Bad customer service

    Usually no problem. But it's August and I still have not received my July box. You sure have no problem taking my money. I certainly hope you plan on making this up to your customers. This subscription isn't cheap. I love the products but this is ridiculous.

    absolutely awful customer service. so rude. they dont answer the phone, rarely emails. and left me on read so many times on IG. after never having an issue here prob ordered over 8 times, i received a broken bong back at the beginning of july. i told them and they got back to me a week later apologizing and said they would get another in the mail asap. then after a few messages back to them asking when it would ship i got left on read then was given the runaround and now have been left on read again. i disputed it with Amex and got a refund. very disappointed in the company. the last email i got said "bummer we will send that out asap. almost 2 weeks ago. they could care less about customers and their employees are garbage. ive probably sent 8+ emails the past month and had one answered. if i place a new order they ship it in a couple days but couldn't give less of a F*** about customers with issue or broken glass. i will never buy again and am spreading the word to social media friends and fam about this company. they are a scam

    I've attempted to email this company multiple times, reached out via Twitter in which they chose to block me after stating they would help via DM, reached out via Instagram with no assistance, and am at a loss now with no other avenues to attempt contact. Their service has rapidly declined from years prior.

    This company has one of the worse customer service out of all the company's I've delt with. I've emailed them 4 time and called multiple times and they refuse to get back to me about my complaint and request for a refund and they got their merchandise back and we never even received the items. Please refund me my money so I can be done with this company already thank you

    I ordered on 7/5/22.I kept in contact waiting for my order and received no response.I emailed and never got anything so I took it to Instagram and they've been RUDE since then.I've gotten cocky replies and have been left on seen REPEATEDLY.I kept asking for my TN and never got it .I want my money back .this is one of the worst companies to ever buy anything piece,etc related .everything420,theweedbox ARE SO MUCH BETTER and actually ship your order to you . DO BETTER.
