    After having my main water line replaced at a price that I later found to be high based on talking to several plumbers after the fact, due to having tenants I didnt have time to shop around which is my fault. I recently had loyalty plumbing call to tell me when I will be taking advantage of the service I signed up for. I never signed up for any additional service in which I asked how much was it and she said it was ****** which I never agreed to and dont appreciate the fine print addition. If anything I want future clients to be aware of there questionable business practices

    Regarding the pricing of your main water line replacement, we take great pride in offering competitive, fair, and market-aligned pricing while ensuring top-quality workmanship, warranties, and service. You actually received a Buddy Bonus Membership discount, which saved you $416.95 on your total cost. Without the membership, your project would have been $5,995.45, but with the discount, it was $5,578.50a meaningful savings that we offer to provide ongoing value to our customers.
    As for the membership itself, we want to clarify that it was itemized and attached to your estimate, which you reviewed and signed. We never enroll customers without their consent, and our goal is to provide long-term benefits, including discounts on future services and preventative maintenance to help avoid unexpected plumbing issues.
    We certainly understand that unexpected expenses can be frustrating, and we regret if there was any misunderstanding. Our team is always available to answer any questions or clarify any details regarding estimates and services. Please let us know if we can assist in any way.
