    This company does not take responsibility for their rude and disrespectful employees. I had a terrible experience with with one of their very young technicians named Alex. He was repairing a piping riser next to our gas meter and I just asked him a couple questions about it and asked him nicely if he could just put the dirt back into the hole that he dug up, but not with the big rocks in there because I was afraid it was gonna burst or ruin the piping Underneath the ground. His response was very disrespectful and rude so I asked the company to send another contractor out to finish the work. The previous contractor Alex also forgot to put the cap on the riser and it rained the next day and water got into the rising pipe so the gas company had to flush it out to make sure that there was no water inside before he reconnected the riser to the gas meter…Then I get a letter saying that I was rude to this technicianand that absolutely was not true. The manager Brian never called me to ask me my side of the story. He only took the side of his Contractor only. We also paid a membership fee for Service for one year and I told him to give me a refund for that membership fee and I still have not received it. I would just say do not hire this company if you’re gonna deal with their rude Contractors. Get a different technician or a different company to deal with all together

    I’d like to take a moment to address your concerns and bring clarity and closure to our interactions.

    Throughout the course of your service with Loyalty Plumbing, several members of our team experienced repeated verbal abuse, both in person and over the phone. This behavior extended beyond one technician and impacted multiple employees, to the point where team members formally requested not to return to your property or answer further calls from you.


    While you repeatedly referenced "speaking with the owner" and insisted on escalating your concerns, I want to clarify that you have spoken with me directly on more than one occasion — without realizing I am the owner. I handled those conversations with professionalism and respect, despite the way I was personally spoken to. That firsthand experience is exactly why I stand behind my team and their account of the situation.


    When you demanded same-day service on a fully booked schedule, our staff communicated that we were at capacity. Your response was hostile, which is clearly documented in multiple recorded calls. Still, we moved quickly to issue a refund for your membership that same day, and tracking information was sent to the email on file. We have not withheld any payment.



    I want to be clear: I value client feedback, and we are always open to constructive dialogue. But I will never tolerate mistreatment of my team. As a company committed to delivering five-star service, we also prioritize the safety, dignity, and well-being of our employees.


    We wish you the best in finding a provider that better aligns with your expectations, but Loyalty Plumbing will not be continuing service.

    I recently had an issue with my water softener. I called Loyalty Plumbing and the plumbers and people at the office were all very nice. One very huge problem I had was when I was given the quote. The plumber showed me his tablet which had three options. I could have my entire water softener system replaced, which were the first two options, or I could try to repair my existing system.
    The prices for each option were displayed with varying fonts. So, the first three digits were in large font and the last digits were displayed in a smaller font. This made the prices, which were in the thousands of dollars, look like a few hundred.
    This of course is deceptive business practice and I question the legality of this. I admit this is my fault and I should have looked closer to what I was signing, but I worry about someone who is either elderly or whose vision isn’t as good.
    I also feel that the price to repair the water softener system was exaggerating as I could have bought the exact same water softener that was brand new and installed it myself for far less than half of what they charged me to repair it.

    ??????????Loyalty Plumbing??????????
    Came home from a vacation and my water heater had broke. Called Nick at Loyalty Plumbing, and he set me up with an appointment right away. I got a text with the picture of the dude Jared that was coming out so I knew who to expect. Which. As a mom, this really made me feel more comfortable knowing who I am opening our home up to. About 30 minutes before arrival he called me to confirm how long GPS said it would take to get here. The call was so professional. He got here right in time and put on little shoe covers, which was not necessary, but I always love when people enter our home like they care about it. So he ran through a few issues we have, aside from the water heater, and then gave us options. There was ZERO pressure and the guy is a just really cool. Ace got along great with him because they both lived in Hawaii. Lol. Anyway, feel bad because he is sweaty and soaking wet at 7pm, but man, I am so grateful for this dude.

    The technician Tyler ******* who came out to the house to look at the problem was extremely professional. He first told me the steps he would take to find the issue. After finding he informed the steps he would take and the price of the repair. He then proceeded to fix the problem and showed me the end result with repairs that was made. I would strongly recommend Loyalty Plumbing and request Tyler. I could have asked for better service.

    The service is outstanding and fairly priced. Called them to fix our serious leak. The technician who went to our place explain to us the problem before they started to work. Thorough and efficient. They did an excellent job and offered prompt service. Would recommend them to anyone.

    The technician who handled the scheduling provided first-rate customer service and was very helpful, being in addition to being self-assured, professional, and honest. He came out fast and installed properly our water heater. They took the time to go over little issues that would improve the performance and as well as what to do in case of a problem. I can't speak highly enough.
