    This company is absolutely horrible. My business profile was hijacked by a competitor. I sent in three requests for them to look at the original secretary of state information as proof that I am the owner of the business and they have sent me back three generic replies. They want me too "check with this person" and see if what they posted is ok. Hello??? He doesn't work for me and I can't / won't "check with him". Next, they sent me a response telling me to upgrade to a premium account. Listen folks - I can't upgrade to a premium account even if I wanted to pay their ransom money - because this competitor ALREADY HIJACKED MY ACCOUNT AND CLAIMED IT AS THEIR OWN! They are not listening to me and attempting to solve any issue, they are just sending me canned responses and I am furious. I don't agree that they should even be in business listing what people can look up for free at any state site. It's outrageous that anyone can claim another business account with absolutely zero verification. Why don't I go claim the listing for Coca Cola? Is that okay? Insanity.
