    We called Anytime out to our business for HVAC repairs. They charged me $400 on the spot. The repair did not work. Called them back and they did not address or resolve the issue. Reached out to management and no response. Finally I had to dispute the charge. That they responded to (to fight it). Still not a word from management about the $400 they essentially took for doing no work.

    See attached invoices for details of work performed and recommendations (******** first visit 7/17 and 90989177 second visit 7/20). We did talk to the customer regarding the issues they had and the hvac manager **** went out the second time to address the issues on 7/20, he noted that the duct system needs attention due to many found issues. **** spoke to **** about the issues and adjustments made that day. We mentioned that we would follow up in a few days, when we did call on 7/22 at 1:50pm we left a message for ****.

    Tell us why, We returned on 7/20 and began checking system performance. Made adjustments to fan speed on Range, Evap. cooler and kit RTU to create more are flow. Found dirty evaporator coil on main RTU filters and duct system needs attention due to many found issues. Spoke to **** about issues and adjustments made.  Everything we repaired was working properly when we left and didn't have back after we followed up a few days later.  Did you have the duct system checked and filters replaced as recommended?

    I am rejecting this response because:

    This is not the case. Nothing was ever working properly when your guy left the site. Feel free to schedule time to come and talk to my kitchen team who had to suffer under 90 degree heat in the kitchen all summer. If this is what your tech told you, he was willfully deceiving you. Our kitchen HVAC issues was never repaired in any way. We were just charged $400 and he left. They came back another day but did not do anything. The issue indeed was never fixed at any point.

    We warranty all repairs for 1 year on labor and parts, noted on the invoice.  We did not hear back from anyone after 7/22, do you have any invoices showing the duct system was checked?

    The repair for $408.00 was for the **** unit on roof we worked on that was low on freon and had dirty filters (see pics attached).  The invoice you sent is for the make up air handler (another unit), which we didn't work on the first time and a separate issue, which we made adjustments to fan speed to create more air flow at no cost to you on the second visit.  We didn't notice any duct work that came apart when we were out on 7/20 (see attached pic taken) and the repair of the hvac unit was good when rechecked.  We did give recommendations that it could be a duct system issue and need further investigation, we said would do a courtesy call to check to how the system was working and never heard back from anyone.

    On about 12 Jan 2024, I had a water heated replaced. I have been requesting a copy of my invoice to be mailed to my *********** Box due to no e-mail address. First request was done when the technician was here and he allowed me to use his phone when this was requested with his office personnel when the job was completed.Second was request was when I called to find out where the invoice and paper work for the inspection that was required by Clark County. I was informed that they would mail out the invoice to my P.O. Box and would send the inspection paper work with the technician. Third incident on about 29 Jan 2024, individual arrived with no inspection paper work. Individual stated he was not given any paperwork to bring with him. After the inspection, he notified his office and again requested that the invoice and inspection, showing that it passed, was to be mailed to my P.O. Box. Again I was told it trouble it would not be a problem. It is now 1 March 2024 and I still do not have the paper work that I *** need if there is warranty issue or an issue about inspections that were one.Due to the fact that two phone calls were conducted with the technician being here and on his phone, I have no faith in the company in relaying messages to their personnel about jobs. Such as when I first called, they were informed that I would be replacing the water heater due the the problem and its age. But was not relayed to the technician. The office didn't relay or information or provide paper work that I had requested. Paper work that *** be needed in case of warranty issues or inspections that were performed for home owners insurance.Hopefully this can be resolved immediately with out any issues.Need copy of all invoices and warranties.Need copy of all inspection paper work and results of the inspection All info is to be sent to my P.O. Box which has been provided.
