  The service tech, Michael, comes in looks under the sink and tells me that we need to buy a whole new double-sink unit...for loose overflow valves. Then, he tells me that once we have had all 3 of our double-sink countertops replaced they could l, then, come back out to connect the new overflow valves. Additionally, I was never given an estimate, even though Nick (who was reluctant to give me her name, at the time of scheduling) said that I would be receiving one; both via email and from the service technician, as well. Without ever even giving me an estimate for service, the service technician tried to bill me for $104.00. The initial service fee was quoted as $89.00. So, I called the office to ask why it was now $104.00 and was told that the quote was for $89.00, plus tax. While, the service technician said that it was an estimate fee. Thus, I asked to speak with the manager and/or the owner of the company. I was told that neither the manager nor the owner was available. Additionally, the supervisor of the service technician, was also unavailable. As a result of my dissatisfaction, I was offered to have the $15.00 fee waived and only be charged the $89.00 service fee. I disagreed with any manner of charge. So, I was told that I would be receiving a call from the manager. My service appointment was at approximately 12:30 p.m. As of this writing, I still have not been contacted.

  Hi. I called the customer and left a message.  The plumber went out and found old cast iron overflow connections leaking, not repairable and no longer make those type of repair parts.  Recommend to replace the sinks due to not being able to repair them and gave customer two options.  Customer did not want to pay the $89 fee she was quoted when she called us for service.  We feel like we did nothing wrong.

  This Company has excellent service. Very professional, and they stand behind their workers and products. My install went fine, but I realized after a month and a half that I had no hot water. (It took a while because in July and August water comes out warm enough for most of my needs. When I realized I had a problem I called them, and Carlos came back out, and it was determined the problem was with the new emergency shut off. and not their install. But I appreciate their friendly, professional response to my concerns, it speaks to their integrity. I give them 5 stars.

  They are very responsive and professional. They have worked with us for about 15 years and we have never had a complaint or problem. I would happily recommend Anytime Plumbing foe any household Plumbing or Air Conditioning service.

  I rated them a 1 star for customer service this was the only company that I know of that cannot set an appt for repair they leave u hanging and waiting. The work was finally finished in an untimely fashion they did inform me they were extremely busy and not enough help. I had a main water line leak and they have one man digging the whole trench I know he worked hard but he needed help this should of been a 3 day tops repair. Who digs a a forty ft long trench by himself in 100 degree weather. Bad management organization if u want it done in a timely fashion call someone else!!!!!!!! I had no choice I did have insurance on this repair and that took forever also. Whatever happen to good management services!!!!!

  Sorry for the delay, but the insurance company was sent the bid on 7/20 and we didn't get the approval until 7/27...this is where the delay is at and not our fault. We had other jobs to finish up once we got the approval, before we could start your job on 8/2 and finished installing the new line on 8/4...so only a few days to get job done is really good. Also job has be inspected by city inspector before we did the backfill.
