    12/7/2022 $135.48 SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!Product put into my skin IS NOT the same as what is in the bottle I received! Disgusted with their bait & switch tactics. They need to issue me a refund. I will be turning them in for fraud through my bank as well.

     We spoke with ******** and received further information and found that it was not our location at all.  She purchased it from a store at Showcase in which we are not affiliated.  We gave her the number to the store manager and we also reached out to the store manager to call *****************  

    We are sorry we are unable to help her with the issue, but like previously stated we are not affiliated with the sales with the store and only are the distributor of the products.

    In my recent communication I mentioned this information and gave the contact details for the showcase.  Please continue to track down the showcase scammers.  Should I file another complaint?

    I would be more than happy to return the item for a refund. That hasn't been possible since the business would not provide me with a valid address. Also, this was a showcase, therefore, it was impossible to return it. Thank you!

    I am writing in response to the recent communication from the Better Business Bureau regarding the fraud complaint I filed against Jouvence Eternelle, The Showcase. I appreciate your assistance and the opportunity to address this matter in a thorough and professional manner.

    Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude to Jouvence Eternelle, The Showcase for their prompt response and the acknowledgment of my concerns. I acknowledge the efforts of Jouvence Eternelle, The Showcase in their letter, and I value their commitment to customer satisfaction.

    As outlined in my original complaint, I visited the Jouvence Eternelle, The Showcase, where the product was applied to my skin, and I experienced positive results without any adverse reactions. However, upon using the product at home, I encountered skin irritation and noted visual discrepancies that raised concerns about the authenticity of the product received.

    After this experience, I contacted Jouvence Eternelle of *********, ******, as indicated in my communication with the BBB. During this conversation, I was informed that Jouvence Eternelle of *********, ****** is the sole "authorized" dealer of genuine Jouvence Eternelle products.This information heightened my concerns regarding the possibility of being provided with an unauthorized or counterfeit product.

    In multiple correspondences with Jouvence Eternelle, The Showcase (through my bank), I requested the return address for the Showcase.Regrettably, this inquiry has not been addressed by them, and no information regarding a return address or refund process has been provided. Consequently,the product remains securely packaged and ready for return, pending the necessary details for the return process.

    I am committed to resolving this matter amicably and would appreciate your assistance in facilitating the return of the product and securing a refund. To expedite this process, I kindly request your intervention in acquiring the necessary return address of Jouvence Eternelle, ****************************************** in *******, *******, communicated to me that the address of ***********************************************************************************************, listed on the receipt, is not a valid return address.

    I understand that the resolution of this case is contingent on the cooperation of all parties involved, and I am hopeful that with your guidance, we can reach a satisfactory resolution promptly.

    Thank you once again for your time and attention to this matter. I am confident that, with your assistance, we can bring this issue to a resolution that is fair and equitable.
