    High pressure sales tactics. They also start with an astronomically high price and reduce it significantly when you object. They present the product in an deceptive way, using unrealistic lighting to amplify the appearance of results. At home the product never comes close to what you thought you saw in the store. Convenient for them, they have a not return policy. They position their store to prey on vacationers. I doubt you will find them in a legitimate retail location.

We use industry-standard lighting, similar to what is found in most retail stores, to provide an accurate representation of the results. We understand results can vary based on individual use and skin type, which is why we offer consultations to ensure customers are matched with the right products.


    Return and Exchange Policy: While we do have a no-refund policy for opened items due to the sensitivity and hygiene of our products, we are always willing to work with our customers. In certain cases, if a product has not been used or opened, we offer refunds or exchanges as a gesture of goodwill.


    Customer Care: We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service. Our team is always available to assist with questions, product usage tips, or concerns to ensure that every customer feels supported. Many of our customers return regularly and express satisfaction with their experience.

    Review of Jouvence Eternelle at 3785 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109
    I had a highly disappointing experience with Jouvence Eternelle at their Las Vegas location. After visiting their showcase and having a product applied to my skin with seemingly positive results, I decided to purchase it. Unfortunately, when I used the product at home, it caused severe skin irritation and did not match the quality of what was demonstrated.
    My attempts to contact the company for a resolution were met with frustrating obstacles. I was informed that the showcase product was not affiliated with the "real" Jouvence Eternelle company, despite the packaging indicating otherwise. This raised serious concerns about the authenticity of what I had purchased.
    Furthermore, the company provided no valid return address, making it impossible to return the product and get a refund. This has left me feeling scammed and stuck with a useless product.
    Adding to the frustration, Tomer ***** of Jouvence Eternelle communicated with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) of Las Vegas more than once, stating on 12/19/2023, "We are willing to give her a refund." Despite this promise, Tomer Yamin did not contact me regarding a refund. The BBB case was closed as resolved, but this was clearly just a game to him, and it's disgusting! The service requested is a refund.
    I strongly advise against purchasing from this location. The lack of transparency, poor customer service, and potential for counterfeit products make it a risky and unpleasant experience. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Jouvence Eternelle at 3785 S Las Vegas Blvd.

    I went to Vegas September 5th through the night for a four day music festival. Henry from the shop in Las Vegas stopped me as we were going down to listen to music talk me into coming to visit him. I bought it this product because it did work. I paid $200 for this and he told me that it was a two-year supply in it it's not even a month and my thing is empty. Do not go to Las Vegas and buy anything from them because they will lie lie and they will push you into stuff. Henry is the worst out of all of them and that's in Las Vegas at the ******** hotel
