  Mr. John ****** a sales manager from.Sol-Up helped us to get the best solar in the market even i know already that they are the Best here in Vegas?? He is not pushy and very knowledgeable. Answered every questions I have for him. I even recommended him to our neighbors who got their solar up and running already. Their service were fast and organized.and Thanks to him.   Up front and to the point. I liked the transparency. Other companies I interviewed weren't up front and semed deceptive. John ****** was receptive and guided me along with every step of the process.

  Great company with great customer service. I had problems with the app (user error) and walked me thru my issue. They came out to install bird guard around my panels. The cleaned the panels and installed the bird guard.

  I am thrilled with my experience with Sol-Up. When I decided to proceed with a solar system in November 2024, their team demonstrated exceptional dedication and efficiency. They promptly conducted a site survey and are working to finalize a customized design, seamlessly coordinate with my HOA, and manage the permitting process. Their commitment will ensure that we are connected to NV Energy and have our monitoring and activation set up by the end of the year, allowing us to take advantage of the IRA rebates next year.
  A special mention goes to Mary *******, Sol-Up's showroom director, whose expertise and guidance were invaluable throughout the process. I'm also highly impressed with the quality of their products, particularly the Meyer Burger panels, which are known for their superior efficiency and durability.
  Beyond their exceptional service, I've noticed that Sol-Up is a deeply engaged local business that invests in our community, which I appreciate. I've heard their sponsorships on Nevada Public Radio KNPR and seen them involved in various community initiatives.
  Sol-Up is not just installing solar panels; they are paving the way for us to fully electrify our homes and power them sustainably with solar energy.
  At the time of writing, I've had our panels up for several months now, and they are producing more energy than our household uses, which was our goal. My favorite aspect of this project has been the SPAN panel we installed. The associated app gives me real-time insight into where we're using energy in our house, how much we're using, and how much solar power we're producing, and that has helped us make decisions on easy ways to be more efficient. I highly recommend considering the installation of a SPAN panel as well.

  Everything went very well with the entire process. The salesperson was extremely helpful and informative. The project coordinator was on top of the entire installation and made sure we were informed. The team that installed it was extremely efficient and had everything done in one day. We used their finance company and even their portal is easy to use. After NV Energy approved it, one of the team members came to the house, turned it on, and walked me through the physical devices and the mobile apps. And, after installation, I've had to reach out to their liaison for contract verifications and she has also been extremely helpful.
  Thank you to Mary, Robin, Cynthia, Stephanie and the entire installation team. This was a great experience even though there were quite a few "moving parts." Our solar system is amazing and we couldn't be happier with the results from the functionality to the aesthetic appeal. If you decide to get solar, this is the company to use. In fact, one of the county inspectors told me that when they have technical questions regarding a solar installation, they will reach out to Sol Up for the answer. That's a great testimonial and speaks volumes about their knowledge and abilities.

  After much research I learned that it's important to have:
  a solar company that's local
  a company who has their own installers and maintenance
  have been in solar business for 5 years or more
  a company who provides solar screens within the USA (Sol-Up has a factory in AZ!)
  a company who communicates throughout the entire process and is available for questions after the process
  Sol-Up marks my research checklist perfectly. The price was right, they walk you through your options at their brick and mortar building, they were attentive and professional. I've never been more sure of my choice.

  **FALSE ADVERTISING**
  On the Sol-up Facebook page they use pictures of my home. Sol-up is using it without our permission. They have at least two pictures of our home that they are using to promote their business.
  We DID NOT use Sol-Up. We used Robco Electric and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. Contact Chelsea for excellent and honest customer service and installation!

  Still waiting for my $1,000.00 deposit to be refunded since submitting my cancellation notice on 3/28/24...called yesterday, 4/10/24 and was told that my refund would be processed immediately...again...
  Needless to say, this is a good example of just one of the many reasons why I have decided not to do business with this company.

  Scam. They are suing me for $17,000 not doing any work just for me signing the contract and getting free permits from HOA. My HOA requiring me to be responsible for not only repair but maintenance going forward for roof of all 8 attached units not only mine and additional extensive insurance coverage. Solup lied to me that HOA can not do anything and will never be an issue. I would have never signed the contract if I knew it was a scam.
  Never sent me bill for work performed, hours, material. Never performed any work or improved property.
  I gave them my correct address and they kept sending mail to property where i do not live and harassing my tenants.
