    I received a copy of Conde nast traveler, which i didn't ask for nor do i want, i called them and they referred me to western readers service, i tried calling them and leaving a message, i do not want this magazine, i never asked for it, i'm hoping this gets resolved, if legal action is necessary i'm prepared to go that route, Thank you, my name is *************************************, *****************************************************************

    I started receiving ******************** early October 2022, which I did not order. I called the magazine, and was directed to call National Publishers Exchange ************. I called them, and they directed me to call Western Reader Service ************. I left a voicemail with Western Reader. I think this might be some type of scam to bill and collect money from a subscription I never placed. Can you please assist with terminating this subscription?

    Hello.  I checked this Vanity Fair subscription and it turns out that this was a free promotional subscription, with no billing.  I have canceled it on our end and deleted her name and address from the file so that this does not happen again.  It is possible one more issue *** arrive if already mailed, if so please disregard.  We apologize for any trouble this has caused.

    I have received 3 copies of **************** which always has content on the cover that is inappropriate for my family to see when collecting the mail. I called Allure, who sent me to some publisher group, who transferred me to Western Reader's Service. I want to know WHY I am on this list and I'd like my "subscription" (to which I never subscribed) to be cancelled immediately.

    Hello. It appears this was a free promotional subscription...no billing of any sort. I canceled it and removed name and address from the file. Usually these are sent to either former subscribers of the magazine or similar. In any event, there is no billing and I have canceled the magazine. Please note there may be one more issue that arrives, if already mailed, and if so, please disregard. I also received a voice mail but have been unsuccessful in reaching the indivdual. I hope this resolves the situation and we apologize for the trouble this has caused.

    I started to receive a magazine for GQ. I NEVER ordered one or subscribed to get any issues. I called GQ customer ********************** and they said I would no longer get any issues but Nation Publisher Exchange were the ones who started the service. I called them and they said they do not do anything with it and that I need to talk to Western Readers. So I called the number given to me and it goes straight to voicemail. I never ordered anything.

    I received a copy of allure magazine that I did not order or am interested in. I attempted to cancel with allure and they directed me to **************************** They were fulfilling on behalf of Western Readers Service. When attempting to cancel all, no phone numbers or contact information worked. I do not wish to continue with a subscription or any future ones. I also have seen people be billed or sent to collections. Extremely upsetting and frustrated with all of this.
