We thought we were making a one time donation to the Patriot Society in November 2021, and we never really checked our **************** statement to see that they had been taking $42.60 out of our account every month until we just caught it today on July 17, 2024! We should have looked at our statements more closely, and we just assumed everything was above board. So I contacted the phone number listed on our **************** statement for the Patriot society ************) to Complain and Get a refund for $42.60 going back to November 2021, but every time I called the number, I was instantly disconnected as soon as I pressed the customer service Option. I called four times and each time I was disconnected. I contacted **************** to create a dispute with this company, and the best they could do was stop them from Taking money out of our account every month. That has stopped, at least. But **************** said it was impossible to go back that far and get credit for all the months and months, totaling $1783, that was taken out of our account and given to the Patriot Society. Then I did further research online, and saw that their website is no longer operational and supposedly they are a scam company. There is no way to contact them, even for **************** to contact them. So we were Ripped off by this company, and we wish there was someway you could track them down wherever they are in this world, and put them in jail for stealing our money! I can always say that on our **************** statement it said that they were located in ****************, and when I called the number it showed up as Located in **************, ******. If there is a God, and I know there is, we hope that someone from the Better Business Bureau will research them and get back to me after you are able to track them down, wherever they went to. Im not sure how they got my debit card info, I have never purchased anything from this company as it is not even a 'real' company. They have a website that does not work and a phone number that is not really active. The phone allows you to call but you can not leave a message or talk to anyone - it hangs up on you no matter what option you select. I have been trying to reach out to them for a few months now and have had zero luck doing so. I had to close my bank account and am disputing all the charges I received from them. After doing a ****** search of this company, apparently they do this to a lot of companies. They stole almost $600 from me - they are a scam company.Initial Complaint

In September I purchased a book on line. When I did the online vendor made offers for other purchases which i did not agree to. On June 17 2023 I learned that the online vendor had been drawing $39.95 per month from the account I used to purchase the book as a membership fee. I made contact with Patriot Supply via telephone and was told that I signed up for membership in September 2022. I advised the employee that I did not agree to membership and demanded a refund of the money that I had been withdrawn from my account $359.55 I was told that they could close my account and refund 2 months membership fee. I told her to close the account and told her that I wanted a full refund not just 2 months worth. On that day I received email confirmation that my account was closed. On June 22,23 I checked and saw that I had been reimbursed $79.90 (2 months fee). I again called Patriot Society and was advised that their policy was that only a 2 month reimbursement could be made. I again told the employee that I was not satisfied and that unless I received full reimbursement that I would make a consumer fraud complaint. On this date I filed complaints with the *** Internet crime center and with the ***** ************************ Consumer protection Office. While I do wish for a full reimbursement from Patriot Society I am Primarily writing this complaint to warn others of the unethical methods this company uses to commit fraud.Initial Complaint

Original purchase 2/17 They charged my account in three transactions (should've been my first clue) $1.04,$3.95&$13.66 3/9 $42.13 and not currently trying to process another $42.13 trying to process for this coming Tuesday 4/4. I have tried to stop this with Patriot Society and with my financial institution and unforturnately have not been able to resolve this situation. I did receive the book I purchased but I did not and do not agree to a monthly subscription!!!! From about 10/22 I order what I thought was just a small book and agreed to pay for shipping and my card was charged a 3 times in 1 month then every month up to 42 dollars each time. I never look at email and I dont delete them. I went through all my emails and i never received any from them. Totally lies. How many elderly has fallen victim to their scams. My wife ordered a small pamphlet from The Patriot Society and was charged a few dollars. The next month they dinged our account for $39.95 for some bogus membership we did not apply for. A complaint has been filed with my bank and that card closed.
