I ordered a book from them and then noticed that I am continuing to get $32.05 charged to my bank account. I would like a refund for all the money they removed from my account without my knowledge.

I ordered a book from them. Next thing I know they are debating my account for a monthly subscription. A subscription I never authorized nor knew anything about until I checked my bank account.

    Hi,

When the customer ordered the Ultimate Survival System book, they also OPTED IN for the membership, which was an optional add on offered during the check out process. These charges along with our contact information are displayed on the monthly credit cards statement for customer to contact us at anytime to speak to us regarding the charges.

The information on the membership terms are published on the page that the customer ordered from. There was nothing hidden regarding this membership for the additional offers.

When the customer placed the order on June 26, 2022 we sent and order confirmation email titled "Patriot Outdoor: Your Ultimate Survival System Digital Download" with the details of his order along with the 14 day trial membership information. Email was sent to **************@gmail.com

On July 5, 2022 we sent a pre-bill notification email titled "Patriot Outdoor: Society Membership Elite Access Billing Soon" notifying the customer that the free trial was ending and that they would be billed soon for the paid subscription. Email was sent to **************@gmail.com

On July 10, 2022 we sent a trial completion email titled "Your Patriot Outdoor Society Access" notifying the customer that paid subscription has begun, and that they have been charged the membership fee. Email was sent to **************@gmail.com

Only July 19, 2022 the customer called our customer service department and spoke to an agent requesting to cancel his membership and refund the charges. We processed his request and the membership was cancelled and refund was processed.

Again, I can confirm that the membership was cancelled and that the refund was already issued for the membership based on his request.

    Thank you!
