    Email that I never signed up for originated from San Juan Puerto Rico (My guess to get around Trade/Tax Laws). That was First RED Flag for me. Then I attempted to look up company and its reviews. But all I see everywhere online people express their view that it is a SCAM SCAM SCAM. Those who fall for it order One Item but then Continuously get charged for same item. So I would suggest to MARK AS SPAM and Report any Email from them.
    Dont Fall for their "PATRIOT" name use, nothing but Scammers and take advantage of people who fall prey for their "Free, just pay Shipping" deals.

    I'm not sure who the Patriots really are or why there's so many negative reviews and I'm not saying that the plp that had a bad experience didn't, nor do I mean any disrespect Im sure they have good reason to be upset I'm just shocked because I've been ordering knives and I believe flashlights I got a few different ones I order from but personally from my experience I have had no problems receiving at I've purchased. The shipping prices I also believe have been fair for the products I purchased.. and I have been refunded when I felt I was overcharged a extra 20$.. I was thinking about ordering to tracker that I was just emailed but I admit I'm a little nervous after seeing so many bad reviews 1 person says it didn't work and the app was bad. But still for me I have enjoy every item I bought no regrets..

    I have unsubscribed from this company numerous times but they keep e-mailing me (I never subscribed in the first place). I want nothing to do with them. There seems to be no way to get rid of them. CEOs of companies like this should be in prison. What kind of patriots are they who don't respect people's requests?

    Not Free, you you pay for shipping, then charge you whatever they can regardless for the products. Typically, not worth the shipping fees, but they got your credit card and charge you for stuff that doesn’t work. NEVER AGAIN!!

    I wish I was able to give them less than 1 star. They sent me an email for a free tactical bag and all I had to pay was the shipping. I still haven’t received the bag and they charged me for the shipping and another charge for $67.32. I called them to have the extra charge removed. The customer service rep said the charge was for the membership to the Patriot Whole Sale Club. She offered a 30% refund. I asked for a full refund. Then she said all she could do is give me a maximum of a 50% refund. I asked to talk to her supervisor and after going back and forth saying that’s all she could give me but finally put her supervisor on the line her supervisor gave me the same speech. She first offered a 30% refund then a 50% refund and that was the best she could do. These people are border line scammers and their company needs to be shut down. They get their money by bogus charges that are hidden in terms & conditions. Please don’t do business with this company. They will charge you for a membership you do not want and won’t give you a full refund.

    I purchased 2 GPS trackers which does not do as advertised nor do they even work. The cheap app they want you to download is crap, does not work properly and the instruction booklet might as well be in Chinese! Then I ordered a drone which hasn't arrived yet, it's still in route! The problem is that this company is misleading! They can deny it all they want but they are and they know it! Buy this, buy that, buy this, buy that! 50 pages later you're finally to the end! Who does that? Why can't you just let us browse and choose ourselves instead of craming it down our throats! Doing business like that makes it too complicated and too confusing! About a week after my purchases they tried charging my account for $82.45! I did not purchase anything from them other than the crap GPS trackers and the drone! Lucky my bank caught it and denied it but here we are a day before Christmas and I don't have access to my checking account unless I physically go to the bank so thank you for that! 1st off you need to fix your confusing purchasing practices and 2nd stop making fraudulent charges a week after a purchase is made and don't tell me it's something I agreed too because it wasn't! I read everything carefully and took screenshots of EVERYTHING! I also never received any email or confirmation about any $82.45 charge! I've been shopping online for the last couple of years and this company is the 1st to try and charge me a week after purchasing just 2 items! No other company does this crap and based on the other complaints I've read through I am not the only one to see these fraudulent charges mysteriously show up weeks later for no reason other than the excuses this company conjures up to try and justify it! Oh, you agreed to this, or you agreed to that, or you signed up for this, no, I sure didn't! I went through every single screenshot and no where did I agree too be charged $82.45 a week later and had I did see anything like that I never would have purchased anything!

    To whom it may concern,

    I ordered a hybrid smartwatch 11/28 from the email Patriot Wholesale Club sent me, as I have done in the past and am waiting to see when it might arrive. A few days later, another order was made on my same debit card (last #8614/charged: $68.76) . I didn't order anything else from you guys and I didn't notice the charge was your company. I usually order stuff from you maybe a couple times a year. The item, whatever it is, showed up as a charge on my online statement. I didn't make much of it at the time, but was going to research it. Then, on Saturday, 12/3, I received an alert on my phone from my bank that someone tried to use my debit card again, and it asked if I wanted to decline the payment, which I did, since it wasn't me. I notified my bank and closed my card.

    I would like to know who may have used my debit card, because I feel the person that used my card number for your company, also tried to use it somewhere else (clothing store) on 12/3. If I don't get the watch, no biggie, just please refund the cost, it may be a small amount, but still refund it. As I haven't received a tracking number email for the watch, but I've gotten a lot of junk mail from your company. I have also disputed the $68.76 charge with my bank.

    Please advise what you are able to find out.

    I HAVE SINCE RECEIVED THE HYBRID WATCH, BUT NO ONE EVER REPLIED TO MY INITIAL OR THE 2ND REQUEST EMAIL. MY BANK HAS RETURNED THE FUNDS TO MY ACCOUNT AND IS REVIEWING THE DETAILS AND I DON'T WANT THEM TO REVERSE THE CHARGE, CAUSE I ONLY ORDERED THE WATCH FROM PATRIOT IN THIS PAST 6 MONTHS. IF THE $68.76 TAKEN OUT AGAIN, I WILL BE FORCED CONTACT BBB AGAIN FOR MY MONEY. I WANT AN ANSWER FROM THEM BECAUSE I WOULDN'T WANT SOMEONE ON MY PAYROLL STEALING CUSTOMERS INFORMATION. WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT SOMEONE DID.
