    I paid 5 to 6 thousand to cancel my timeshare. **** L took advantage of my family.They called me and where on it but after I paid they answered less and they kept saying we are going to mail you documents. The documents never came and they stopped answering calls and emails. Now the times share wants to foreclose us , our credit is gonna get hit severely when we thought they had cancelled. The timeshare never received a request to cancel. It's a lot of money to just throw away. Never ever go with them !!! You will lose your money.

    I signed up with Timeshare cancelled in May 2022. I signed a contract to have timeshare cancelled get me out of my timeshare with Ancora. They assured me they had worked with Ancora before and successfully cancelled previous timeshares with them. I submitted my payment and signed a contract with him. Then I provided my "testimony" against ancora via email. After which, I never received any contact from **** on next steps, despite multiple followup calls and emails. I signed the contract via hellosign and I am no longer able to access the contract electronically.

    I have spoken with the customer and resolved the issue. I was out of the office when he tried to call me and have resent the documents to the customer as he requested.
