    In April 2022 I engaged Timeshare Cancelled in ********* ****** to cancel/sell my timeshare that I had obtained in January 2020 with Hyatt residence club. They indicated to me that they could handle this and get it resolve. I talk to ******************* and submitted all the appropriate paperwork. All paper work was complete in September 2022. I have talked to ******************* a few times. I have not been able able to contact him despite numerous emails and phones calls. It has been over two months. He is as guilty in this fraud just as much as Hyatt residence club. Please post this letter and refer case to Better Business Bureau. *************************
