    VOAC was amazing to work with and feel comfortable with, especially during a time of hardship, frustration, and despair. They did not judge or criticize us on how we got in this position in the first place with these timeshares. They were helpful and knowledgeable on how to work with these timeshare companies, and they helped us get our lives back to normal.

    I did all the work, each call, each letter. Almost every email, I had to notify my new case manager what was sent in the email u guys created for us for a response because she didnt care to keep up... The new case manager was reassigned to me because my original left for a new job This "case manager" cared little about helping me. It was just get this case out. What is the fastest way out of this so I can move on. Well, financial hardship it was.... yes, my time share is gone only, but credit to a huge hit because of this route you forces me down. now I have Financial hardship from you guys for what you guys failed to do and still have my credit card debt from that time ahare. You did nothing besides say this is the number. Go. Your site says you fight for us? Heck no... you guys wont!!!! You force us into the fastest hole out the requires nothing and still keeps us screwed!!!!!
    I did just about all the work. So I want to discuss with an executive or higher manager about what I am paying for your "services". Maybe you be paying me because I was notifying you when thing were moving.
    Don't waste your money!!!!!!!! They will rip you off send you over. Then after you ask about what they said theybwould do, oh, go to this third party... rip off!!! You pay them, go there.... oh yeah we just do this part, so pay these guys for that. Next thing you know, your paying more than your timeshare monthly!!!!

    From our first contact with VOAC in late September of 2024, each of the VOAC personnel we dealt with was open, honest, professional and courteous. The representatives exhibited an understanding of our situation, were empathetic, and always very patient in answering our questions. They also attended all calls between ourselves and Wyndham, were very punctual, and always followed up with us to explain the outcome and next steps.
    Following the guidance of our rep. the process came to a positive conclusion at the beginning of March 2025, culminating in the cancellation of our contract of $35,000. There was a small residual balance that we were responsible for, but VAOC kindly offered to split that cost of $3,700, leaving us only $1,850 to pay.
    The elimination of this significant debt came as a great relief - thanks VOAC!!!!

    We had professional, punctual, courteous, and responsive service at each phase of our restructure. The four-month process was smooth and our consultants guided us with clear and relevant instructions at each point. We always knew they were working on our behalf for our best possible outcome.     The process of being extracted from our timeshare was long and arduous, but not due to VOAC.
    They paired us with a great consultant who went toe to toe with the timeshare company.
    They delivered on their promise by getting all my contracts erased.
    It took almost a year, but it was well worth the time and the cost. In the long run I saved about 100K.
