  When you're looking to get out of a timeshare because you've been lied to, and miss lead, and manipulated, so terribly, it's very hard to trust another company to get you out of it. But I am so glad we did. They did not use any pressure tactics at all, gave us all of the information and gave us space to think about it, and make decisions and ask every single question popped into our head. They walked us through the entire process And helped us through the negotiations for a settlement agreement that we are happy with. They seem to truly care about what the customer wants instead of their own scoreboard. Thank you.

  A thanks goes out to the staff at VOAC who assisted me in getting me out of my timeshare. From the start, they told me what to expect. They kept me informed of the process and were very professional as we worked through the entire process. I am finally rid of my timeshare and can’t thank them enough. If you looking to get out of your timeshare contract, VOAC is a great company to partner with.

  The staff at VOAC was excellent . Emily was very patient as I was getting my paperwork together needed to start the process. Ashley from the attorneys office was great, and kept me informed throughout the process, which was completed in about 16 months. We are free from the timeshare issues, and enjoying retirement We would definitely recommend this company

  Them: "We think you've been taken advantage of..." Me: "I haven't been. Please do not attempt to contact me again." Them: Continues to try to convince me that I've been taken advantage of... If this company ACTUALLY was worried about doing the correct thing rather than drumming up business through scare tactics and high pressure sales, then the individual I spoke with today at about 2:30 PM EDT would have immediately said "Yes sir, I am marking this phone/address as do not contact. Thank you for taking my call." and that would have ended the conversation. Instead, they continued beyond the point that I politely asked them to please not contact me again, which makes them guilty of the very things they claim to be advocating against. HYPOCRITS!!!

  Please be advised that our representatives are trained to immediately put customers who do not wish to be contacted on our internal DNC list. We understand these owners may get several calls from various companies, but this was the first time any of our representatives have reached out to this person. During the total duration of the 60 second call, the consumer raised his voice at the employee, she hung up and moved forward accordingly. Our customer service, client satisfaction and A+ accreditation are top priority for us and we will continue to help those in need in a professional manner.

  While I agree, I did raise my voice during the 80 second call, it was only AFTER I indicated to the agent of the company that I was not interested and she continued to try to push the agenda of the company, a fact that the response neglects to take responsibility for. While I appreciate that we all have our own perspectives, if the company is going to tout it's customer service, client satisfaction and A+ accreditation, then the company needs to have the integrity to admit that the agents of the company, therefore they, were guilty of attempting high pressure sales tactics and not taking no for an answer. There was nothing professional about the manner in which their agent performed their job once I indicated I was not interested. If the agent of the company had reacted as the response indicates they are trained to do the first time I indicated I was not interested and did not wish to be contacted further, then the entire conversation could have been done at an even tone of voice.
