    et their representative ********************* in my home on 10/21/2021. He said they could clear me of my timeshare lease at *********************** located in ******************* MX. for a fee. He want full payment upfront which I was unwilling to do. Gave him a deposit check, balance due on completion of work. He keeps leaving me messages asking if I had sent the money but I have never gotten an invoice or proof of completion. When I told him to email the invoice and closing document to me I get no response and no documents. I have also emailed Internal Inputs many times for the same information with no response to date. my desire is for them to show that they have perform the requested work and to invoice me for the balance due ot to give me a refund in full so I can find someone else.

    Have recieved non- responsive messages from ***** at internal Input ************ many times. My response message is always" send me astatement of my account showing what has been paid and what is owed upon completion of you work to release me from my UVC timeshare ".

    Also received a call from ***************** saying that I need to cancel my BBB complaint before they can get my UVC Timeshare Closing complete. They were to email me the same information I requested for Internal Input ***** but did not do so either.
    I have already provided the information I gave to ***************** when I filed my complaint. I have no contact information other than the fax on that paperwork.

    These companies are refusing to do business in writing and have told me their policy is to work only by phone but they won't even provide information on the status of my account or the status of the paperwork they are to provide to show they have got my timeshare membership at UVC closed out.

    I will pay for for the service they offered when t is completed and documented by the legal system. I will not pay the balance owed until the service has been provided in full and I have a release from UVC.

    If they are not able to provide the promised service, I have requested that my deposit be refunded without further delay. They have provided no documented evidence showing that they have done anything even though I had requested, from *****, a monthly status report when I gave hime the deposit last year.

    Dear ****,

    I am writing in regards to ***************************** complaint against Internal Input (II) related to his timeshare exit contract.

    As discussed, ****** contracted with II on 10/21/2021. He paid only half of his fee as an accommodation with an understanding that he would pay the balance plus any additional fees required by the resort once our work was completed. We have been unable to reach him because he simply refuses to work with us over the phone and to return requested information and documents. ******** claims that he cannot reach us are false. If Requested we can attached attempted call logs. We have tried to leave voicemail messages but it says he is not reachable at one of his numbers. When we reach him on his other phone number, he simply hangs up. A manager from our corporate office has also attempted to contact him but without success. We will continue to try to reach him but pursuant to our contract, but we have 24 months to complete his exit. If he would only cooperate, then we may have already been able to complete his file. Perhaps you can try to convince him to simply work with us.

    The company response is much less than factual except when they say I will no longer work with them using undocumented phone calls. They flat out lied when they say I have hung up on them. I have never said I could not reach them.
    Further, I have provided all documents for which I have received any kind of written request. You can tell this since they were included with this complaint when it was submitted.
    Further, I have repeatedly texted additional requests to aliseesa@internalInput for a copy of my contract and a copy of the status of my account which should include what I have paid and what the additional amount will be when they complete the disposition of my timeshare.
    They have also refused to copy me on any and all of the correspondence between them and my resort which would show that they have made any attempt to have my timeshare account closed as they promised by contract. This was requested at the time I provided my deposit money and the representative said he understood and would take care of it for me.
    At this point I have seen no proof of any work being done on my behalf as required to complete the contracted work.
    I have many years of regulatory experience and one of the basic tenants is "If it isn't documented, it isn't done." This certainly applies to this company - they have provided me with NO documents which show they have performed any work on my behalf and they repeated refused to comply with all of my requests to provide anything by mail or email.
    In conclusion, I am ready, willing, and probably able to cooperate with any and all documented requests provided to me. Since they have thus far ignored all of my requests for same, I initiated this complaint to prompt movement to completion of this contract. In the absence of their ability to show progress to completion, I will again offer to close this matter upon receipt of a full refund of my deposit.
    I also remind you that I previously reported that a representative of this company told me that they could not close my timeshare if there was a BBB complaint on file against them and said they would send me instructions on how to remove the complaint from the BBB file. They also have not done that.
    They say, " A manager from our corporate office has also attempted to contact him but without success.", I now ask that they send me a copy of that letter or email to prove that accusation since I have never gotten any request. Just saying that they tried to contact me proves nothing and provides no information as to what they want to do to get this off of dead center.
    My desire is to have them fulfill the contract, provide proof that the timeshares has been taken out of my name and allow me to pay the balance due upon completion of the contract. I will work with them completely and promptly upon my receipt of a written detailed request of what is needed to complete this contract at which time I will pay the balance due.
    As I stated above, I will again offer to close this matter upon prompt receipt of a full refund of my deposit if they continue to refuse to provide documented evidence that the work has been completed.
    As you can see, I do not need to be convinced" to simply work with them". I want to do so but it must be documented. In the international legal world, that is not negotiable.

    We have tried to reach out to this customer multiple times. The most recent was 10:53 again this Morning, October 13th, 2022. He is still not responsive. We have all the attempted calls documented and recorded and can show them upon request.

    This is in response to Complaint ID ********. As previously stated, **************** contracted with Internal Input on October 21, 2021. He paid half of his entire fee, and that was offered as an accommodation to ****************, with the understanding that he would pay the remaining balance, plus any additional fees required by the resort once our work was completed. The initial document request was sent out October 27, 2021. Since that time, several documents have been requested and, although **************** states that he has complied with those requests, only partial documents have been received to date. Further, it is very clear, per the limited phone conversations weve been able to have with ****************, and our correspondence, that we solely communicate over the phone. **************** has continued to be non-compliant with our requests and policies. Finally, as stated in our contract, we remain in the timeframe to complete Mr. ******* exit. We respectfully state again, if **************** would simply work with us, we could have already completed his file.

    Please see attached, ********************* VM saying he will not take our phone calls. We cannot help this owner if he does not answer our phone calls. When our closing company calls him he will just send them to VM.
