    Signed contract in 2022 with Tyler ***** for to exit my timeshare. Guarantees were made and even to reimburse small amount for a previous fraudulent company we had unsucessfully hired. Two years later nothing done. The closing company they had doing the job for us would only call periodically, after my prodding. Nothing accomplished, would never show me proof of actual contact with my Timeshare company. Finally we received notice except of foreclosure on our timeshare. When contacted closing company, Complete Closing, they said that's what they needed to sign forclosure docs and send to them. I told them NO.... I could have let it go into foreclosure without paying anything. During initial meeting with Tyler at Internal Imput, We were advised not to pay maintenance fees and it would take about 6-12months. Their contract states a 100 percent refund if not successful within 2 years. I have contacted Tyler ***** by phone, left messages, text requesting they refund my money as contract stated for and had followed instructed to work with them first. Nothing and its been 60 days..no contact from them at all
