    I purchased what I believed to be a one-time online class (ChatGPT-related) from Coursiv. I was never informed that this would result in a recurring subscription. On July 7, 2025, my account was charged $39.99 without my knowledge or consent.After discovering the charge, I immediately canceled the subscription on my own. I contacted customer support and requested a refund, but they denied my request, citing internal policy. Their terms state that refunds are not granted for those unaware they were subscribinga concerning and potentially deceptive clause.This practice feels misleading and borders on unauthorized billing. I am seeking a full refund of $39.99 and a formal acknowledgment that Coursiv will improve its transparency around subscriptions.Desired Resolution: Full refund of $39.99 and improved disclosure practices

    I paid for a AI onetime purchase where I downloaded the app. And immediately this weblink prompted over and over upselling where you were almost mislead or prompted to agree to more payment. As many times as you declined it it popped up. Over and over again. My ***** commitment turned into an addition $49.99 commitment and I believe a subscription. I attempted to make contact and they refused to accept a call and required an email where they denied my refund. They referred me back to their confusing website. I emailed again and still they refuse to refund. This website is not user friendly and with no ability to cancel my subscription. I did not even use the app Im worried Ill continue to be charged. I find they are a scam and I can only assume theyll drag this out.

    My refund took a few days to clear.  That was my delay. I find the business did right by me. But I have concerns I took this to get them to comply.  They claim theyre correcting it, but you can see several other similar complaints from the last few years.  Sounds like theyre taking advantage of many.  But in my case, I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    On April 7, 2025, I replied to an advertisement on ******** for an educational program offered by Coursiv about AI. I clicked on the link and paid $49.99. Invoice Order # **********.I was offered a bonus to my educational plan for $39.99, which I accepted and paid. Invoice Order # **********. I was sent receipts from ******. Transactions 98X887653G192359M and 2MG7930959921720A I never heard from the company. I never received ANY emails on how to access the course. When I went to their website there was no way to create an account or access any classes or zoom sessions or other. All one could do on the website is sign up for the course. Today, June 30, 2025, I received a receipt from ****** that Coursiv had again charged my ****** automatically for $79.99 Order # ********** I IMMEDIATELY contacted Coursiv and was told I did not cancel per their terms.I was never able to log into any services from Coursiv or access information about their payment and cancellation terms.After numerous emails Coursiv told me how much they "valued me as a customer" and agreed to bend the rules to offer a 50% refund on the $79.99 charged to me today.If I had had access to any of the information I had paid for...If I had had access to their website to view payment terms...If I had been able to see how to cancel my account... I could see them retaining ALL of my funds.I was billed for services I could never access.They have no phone number available to call.I politely and IMMEDIATELY requested a refund of $79.99 for the continuing NON-SERVICES.I want my FULL refund for not being able to use any of the educational program.Amount I am requesting is the balance of $40.00 of the $79.99 auto-charged on 6-30-25 ($39.99 refunded already.)

    I am filing a complaint against Edulagoon Digital Corp, doing business as Coursiv, due to deceptive business practice that is predatorynin nature. I subscribed to an advertised special of ***** for a 1 month course on 6/17/2025, that was recommended after taking an online evaluation and an additional course included with the original at no additional cost. I was bombarded with e-mails offering the additional courses at a 50% discount. I did not subscribe, as I was determined not to purchase an additional add-on,but was charged an additional ***** with a monthly revolving subscription. I have contacted the company and stated the facts mentioned above, and requested a fund, but the request for refund was repeatedly denied. This is false advertisement.

    Youll purchase a ***** course and they will secretly charge you for a subscription in the fine print thats like a super long document. So scammy. Stay away from them. The content is also a scam.

    I am submitting a formal complaint against Edulagoon Digital Corp, operating under the name Coursiv, for engaging in deceptive and predatory business practices. While attempting to purchase a single course clearly advertised at $19.99, I took deliberate care to avoid any optional add-ons or subscription services. Nevertheless, I was unknowingly enrolled in a $39.99 subscription, which was not transparently disclosed during the transaction process. This situation does not stem from a failure to cancel a free trial or a misunderstanding of the terms; rather, it reflects a subscription model that appears intentionally opaque and misleading. Numerous online reports indicate that similar experiences are common among other customers, suggesting a broader pattern of unethical conduct. When I contacted the company to request a refund, my request was denied. I believe these practices warrant scrutiny and accountability.

    *** paid this company for the last five months and have tried to cancel before the trial is absolutely impossible to cancel your membership and you cannot contact them to have your account from being charged every month even if you have let them know you do not want the service and did not exceed the trial date.

    This company is a scam, and its business model is based on tricking unsuspecting customers and adding charges not agreed to. It is time to file a class-action lawsuit as this may be the only way to stop this sham operation. I was scammed out of $39.99 after paying an initial fee of $19.99. No renewal notice was sent and unfortunately, I did not screen shot the transaction. After much objection, I was offered a 50% refund, so they still made money off of my trust in a shameful sham of a business. Every social media platform needs to flag this circus and warn users about the practices. A class-action lawsuit needs to be initiated. I learned an expensive ****** and plan to alert anyone and everyone to this parasitic business.

    I was charged for a subscription to - Coursiv without my permission.! I cancelled the subscription through an email, kept receiving them. I tried the initial trial emails, and was immediately disappointed. I did all I could to Cancel this terrible online course that I never did use. They claim I checked a box claiming that I had a subscription.? I did Not, have any Subscription, Just a trial - to check it out. It did cost over $6.00 and I think this is the information they needed to continue charging my account . After I canceled, I kept getting emails, so I placed them all in SPAM and it kept my inbox clean. They my ****** Account said that I was charged for a full subscription.!!!! $39.99 of my social security income taken out of my account.!!! I gave them all the emails saying this was my account that I cancelled and ultimately they say sorry I checked a box.? What the trial box I checked.?? Please help me this is food money. If I could I would ask for the trial money as well, this business is BAD!!!

    Their deceptive advertising practice caused me to buy and trail that was supposed to be free, and then suddenly became a membership (unknowingly) as well as an add-on added on for an additional cost as another subscription with out me knowing it. I just wanted to trial one course they had online, but wound up with three charges, no easy way to cancel, and ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS. Even though they say they have a money back guarantee for only those that haven't used the system. Boy me going into the system to cancel the subscription, defaulted me to not being eligible for a refund. That is absolutely unacceptable.
